I was led to this company after reading an article on Facebook about a natural health supplement that can lower blood pressure aka aged garlic with sac. I clicked on a link to the Wellvare website and purchased a month supply of their product. It said it was going to be shipped from their UK warehouse but was then actually shipped from China. It took two weeks for the package to arrive. I tried to email Wellvare to explain that they had broken UK trading policies by misrepresentation of where the goods were being shipped from and that I’d like a refund and to return the item if possible. I have received no reply. I reported Wellvare to my bank as a scam company and I tried to dispute the payment but so far my bank haven’t agreed to do it and I am in the middle of making a complaint. Google AI states that claiming to ship from the UK and then shipping from China is a breach of contract. Wellvare only set up their website 3 months ago. I think if their product was so genuine and helpful at lowering blood pressure then the UK would be marketing this health supplement. I don’t feel confident taking this medicine knowing it has come from China and not the UK as advertised. It’s lucky because I was going to buy 5 packs for £82 but ended up only ordering a month supply for £27.95 so could have lost more money. There is definitely something dodgy about this company. I think it’s a scam purchase. Why state you are shipping from a UK warehouse and then ship from China. That’s not right.
