Welltech’s Muscle Booster App refund practices

Welltech’s Muscle Booster App charged a $38.95 subscription fee one week after purchasing a workout for $6.93. Citi Visa flagged it as potential fraud. After contacting Muscle Booster a refund was confirmed, but it never happened. After contacting them again 18 days later with the refund confirmation they refunded both the original charge and the second charge. Having to follow up to make this refund happen is poor customer service.
