This company does not exist. It’s a scam
I never received my order after paying and they stopped answering me

The plant delivered to me looks nothing like the photos advertised. What I received was of clearly inferior quality and completely different from what was shown at the time of purchase.

When I contacted the company for an exchange or refund, my messages were ignored. I also called and spoke to a staff member who was careless, unprofessional, and incompetent, and who promised that a supervisor would contact me. That never happened.

There has been no follow-up, no resolution, and no responsibility taken. Communication is simply ignored once payment is received.

This is a classic case of misleading advertising combined with extremely poor customer service. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect any support.

I strongly do not recommend this business.

Poor customer service and a complete lack of after-sales support, with repeated attempts to contact them being ignored

My order is 23010 and I called them to cancel the order since the plant is poisonus to my dogs! They have poor and rude customer service and they did not action the refund even if they promised me the cancellation! This was my second time to order from them and my last! I will file a complaint with Dubai Consumer Protection for thier lack of proper response and service! Now when im checking and tracking the order its gone with no proper acknowledgement! Is this how you treat a returning customer?

Our company, Focus Display Advertising, based in Dubai, UAE, placed an order with Well Potted Plants for an event. They were unable to fulfill the order and canceled it on Nov 16. Their policy states refunds are processed within 21 days. It has now been over 42 days. We've have reached out via WhatsApp multiple times (Dec 15, 16, 17, and today) but they have stopped responding entirely. They have our money and we've have no product. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency and professional ethics.

I bought a plant from them on 11dec. Until now (27th Dec) never received the delivery, no response on WhatsApp and very difficult to get them on call. requested refund on since 22dec thru WhatsApp and email and even on their website (contact us page), no response, no news nothing. It's best NOT to have anything to do with this business. It's a SCAM!

I have paid from 2 months and now they are acting give order number we don't know you ,come here and explain .
A Philippine lady and an African on call manager is fooling me from last 3 months .

an update, they cancelled my order at their own discretion and haven't refunded.
the best scam strategy, no one would follow 100 AED, but for them its 100s of people and pretty good amount at the end.

They are the scammers, stay clear, my order never got delivered and there are no responses on whatsapp or calls.

Horrible service and bad quality products. With all the bad reviews its shocking that they are still in business.

I ordered 3 plants on the 16th december, with the impression i would probly get my order in one or two days.

The 18th i contact them and say tomorow, then i wait till the 19th, no update so i contact again only for them to again say tomorow.

So the 19th i contacted them again. Guess what, yes sorry but will deliver tomorow.

Then on the 20th i tried to reach out but no answer, finally i open my apartment door at 23:00 to see the plants just been out outside. No delivery notification or contact or update from them at all.

Secondly, i only received two plants of which one is in a terribly broken pot.

I reached out to them but again no answer and no responses.

Worst company to order online from.

Awful experience! They did not deliver on the day that they said and refused to answer calls and messages for 2 days. They then proceeded to put the phone down on me every time I questioned why they have ignored communication and not honoured the delivery and the way they were handling the order. Avoid!

Terrible service. Order placed 10 days ago and all the responses for delivery updates are it will be delivered today or tomorrow at the latest. Now with more frustrated enquiries - it’s dead silent. Can’t even reach them on the phone. Stay clear! Rather spend the extra money and purchase from a real store.

On 2/11/25 I made an order of a christmas tree with free shipping in Fujairah. Since then I have tried contact them about my delivery and every time I got a different response (i.e. order in coming tomorrow or cannot send the order at Fujairah for one piece only etc). On 25/11/25 they told me I should pay shipping cost aed 250 and even though my order was free shipping. I agreed to pay but not in advance as I do not trust them.
I have sent several emails with no response, our main means of communication is via phone calls ( if they pick up) and WhatsApp. I have requested to talk to a manager but they turn off the phone every time. I even asked them location so I will pick up the product but again no response.

SCAMMERS stay clear of these crooks. They will not deliver and just take your money. If youve paid on credit card, just contact your bank and explain, the payment will then not be released to merchant. The report the company to trading standards UAE

Order # 22346, they didn't deliver the plant and now they are not responding.

Poor service! I paid for my plants and they confirmed next day delivery. After days of following up they took my money but no delivery. They promise to delivery but nothing comes and they blame the driver. I am dissappointed as I had to place another order at a much higher price.

They are the worst ever. Dont ever buy any plants from them. they are scammers. the lady who answers the calls and says shes the owner doesnt even have proper courtesy to reply or talk. once payment is made they take their own time to deliver and literally we had to beg for our plants to be delievred. This company is one of the worst companies and they have provided all plants in the pots with a foam and plastic inside due to which all our plants have died and our money has gone wasted. No one answers or bothers to reply. I have all the chats of this lady the so called owner who was very disrespectful while engaging in a conversation.

I did an order then i wanted to modify something. So they told me i can't, i need to cancel and order again what i need.
Okay, then they should cancel and refund as agreed.

What happened, is that they delivered the order that i don't want and cancelled. Then they are not answering any message, call or email.

I want to return the order and get refunded
