My wife and I needed to get a COVID test for travel and we stopped by to see we could get the test. Matt at the front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating and were able to get our test immediately. The whole staff was excellent!!

Felt asleep like a baby and could barely wake back.

simply awesome. I told my massage therapist to be firm and she really was! it was painful, but immediately afterwards I already felt so much more relaxed and much better. Can only recommend to anyone who likes a good massage

The WellNow is an emergency care facility but without the long wait time. I had been sick and I had got worse toward the weekend , I thought I could cure myself until I could barely walk without not being able to breath. It was Sunday afternoon when I decided I would probably die if I didn't do something soon so a friend had told me about WellNow , I went. The waiting area was neat , clean
and the receptionist was very friendly and patient with me.I signed one form and paid a regular copay as if I were at a doctor appointment and no sooner than I sat down and got settled I was called into a room by a very pleasant and kind nurse named Kenny.
He took all the info I had brought with me and asked a few questions, took vitals and stated the Doctor would see be in in a few minutes. The doctor walked in within a minute or less ! and He was very nice , concerned , friendly yet very professional. He did a quick exam , asked a few questions and ordered a chest Xray which was done right there and I had the results within about 10 minutes. The Doctor had returned to give me the results , so glad I went he gave me an RX for an antibiotic an Inhaler to help me breath and the antibiotic for the bacterial infection in my lungs. What a great alternative to the ER and CVPH , so friendly and such excellent service all in one place with no long wait. It's kid friendly as I saw a slushy machine in the main waiting room , kids would love that - Don't worry there is a Keurig coffee machine for adults there too. I noticed another room that I believe was a waiting room for ones getting Xrays and I saw a big PacMan game in there it was one of those ones like in a game place , not a hand held one.
This place is awesome and If needed I would not hesitate to go again and I definitely will recommend WellNow to everyone I know.
It's located in Plattsburgh, NY right next to Key Bank , across the road from Friendly's on Rt.3 / Cornelia St., If you know where Advanced Auto is just keep going down from there and watch for it.
