A fantastic showroom with a wide choice to pick from. Left to wander round and as soon as we need help Jan was there. He gave us a good walk round asked us what we were looking for etc and showed us what he suggested. He was helpful and informative but never pushy. No hard sell left us to look and then we decided to buy based on his recommendation. We would recommend him and them to anyone looking for a hot tub etc. Thank you Jan

AVOID! Was sold a swim spa cover that cost nearly £2000, which has started to disintegrate within a matter of months. I complained and have been offered some 'free filters' in compensation, with a suggestion i can 'sew the area with lose thread'. DISGUSTED & INSULTED by the shear lack of customer care.

I ordered a new hot tub cover on Thursday last week on line and had it delivered today Monday. Good service from the company with regular updating of the progress of the transaction and delivered within the allocated time and now on the hot tub. Thank you for your business and would recommend you to anyone and will use you again.

Avoid this company, We purchased a new spa from Miami spas part of superior wellness within two years the hot tub is blistering and de-laminating and we were told by superior wellness the warranty does not cover this

Great product delivered and installed perfectly

Bought a hottub from them ( part of the wellness family).
Tub has developed a leak from the shell and even though it is still under warranty, they are not wanting to have anything to do with it.
Tub is less than 2 years old!

They are now ignoring all emails.
I am having to fix it at my own expense and start court proceedings to recover costs!
