First Home Buyer Support

We engaged Wellfound to help purchase our first home in Sydney. We were so relieved to have Luke's support in such a competitive market. The team were relentless on our behalf, working through every angle, every option, and never losing sight of what mattered most to us.

The best part is that we were able to purchase below the market valuation, which has given us some instant equity for future renovations. We wouldn't have got there without Luke fighting for us every step of the way.

Rent-vesting for Wealth Creation

I'd never considered rentvesting as a way to grow our wealth. Luke walked me through the data, and the numbers made sense. What I appreciated most was the rationale behind every property he presented, including the ones that didn't make the cut. We purchased in Perth for $515k and have since released roughly $180k in equity, allowing us to purchase a second property. I would highly recommend Luke and the Wellfound team for anyone looking to grow their wealth in property.
