Great resource for finding startups and new companies.

Not the greatest, using for sales roles in tech.

Most companies aren’t responsive, and roles are quite limited. I can’t speak on behalf of other business units or what the market for those look like on here but unfortunately, this hasn’t been a tool that I’ve had any luck with. Using an optimized resume with 10 years experience in sales and having applied for 200+ jobs on this platform with personalized messages to the “hiring manager”, I’ve gotten two interviews both of which, went nowhere

I won’t say that Wellfound isn’t worth using, but it’s most definitely not worth spending an incredible amount of time using with your job search.

It was very great, I am feeling very happy that I have used this platform. Here you will find the startup companies mostly and some mid sized companies as well. Have a look into those positions. You will really love that.

Possibility for getting opportunity is higher than the other job sites

I've been hired for two full-time remote design roles from Wellfound postings, and I've had nothing but good experiences with the process and the companies listing there!

A really easy to navigate career/jobs site with a great focus on smaller and growing companies. The search features are a little finicky (I will often be show.n remote jobs that don’t hire in my state/country) but the other features like easy applications and a great profile page make up for it

I’ve gotten more job opportunities on this platform than LinkedIn or any other job platform. The web design of this site makes it easy to navigate various job opportunities.

Their website is broken. Infinite redirects, can't even view job listings.

Love this site, easy to get an internship for software engineering.

I used Wellfound to search and apply to a bunch of different startups. I managed to land a few interviews and even offers which was handled seamlessly!

I really like the concept but this time around I got zero contact from it.

I know that could have been more active from my side but as I got more contacts from other platforms, I was encoraged to that in the other platforms.

Maybe there is some way in which I could be incentived to contact the companies in the platform, other and just saying "contact them".

they acknowledged, heard and corrected an issue with reverse recruiting services i paid for

We are a small start-up and advertised a role with Wellfound. Very poor value for money when compared to LinkedIn and they auto-renew job adverts without warning or clear indication when posting. When complained, only a credit offered. Will never use again.

These guys are so so so non educated or what can I say...
Just a few months ago these guys blocked my account without any reason, no explanation...
But now, when they are switching to a new domain with new business they emailed me like this.
