The item you received was a used original part, as described and shown in the photos on our website. All products are sold in the condition stated in the listing, and any visible defects are documented.
You have the right to return the product within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, at your own expense. This is standard for B2C online sales unless the seller states otherwise.
After receiving the return and confirming its condition, we will issue a full refund for the product value (€400). Shipping fees (€50) are clearly marked as non-refundable in our Terms and Conditions:

Additionally, we must state that we have received multiple emails from this customer containing threats and attempts at blackmail, including demands for a partial refund in exchange for removing a negative review and withdrawing a payment dispute.
Such behavior is unacceptable and may constitute a violation of Article 12 of Directive 2005/29/EC on Unfair Commercial Practices, as well as civil or criminal liability under defamation and coercion laws.
