I cancelled the order.Even though I cancelled in time, I was told that cancellation wasn't possible because the package had already been shipped!!! I exchanged a few messages with customer service, and it felt like the responses were written by AI.
I wish I read the reviews before buying , this company charged me £126 when I only ordered one , I checked my bank as soon as I purchased, and noticed the amount taken off , I emailed them straight away , yes they reply asking if you want to cancel the request , but they never got back , I then got an email a day later saying my product had been shipped and I could return it , this will cost a lot of money as it’s been sent back to the USA , I know have my bank fraud team involved
