During my NVQ Level 3, I have developed stronger skills in communication, safeguarding, person-centred care, and promoting dignity. I have learned how to assess individual needs and support independence while following care plans and policies. My confidence has improved when handling challenging situations, documenting accurately, and working as part of a team. I now understand my responsibilities more clearly and feel better prepared to provide high-quality, compassionate care.

I have done NVW level 3 adult care course with WELFARE ACADEMY. I had a grate experience with them throughout the course. Jenson sir, Catherine ma'am, Bessy sir, Fabin sir and all the other staff was very supportive and helpful. They all were friendly and it was easy to communucate with them. Their support and care really appreciated. Thankyou team.
