Lovely friendly driver. Easy conversation .

The experience I received from the driver and customer services was appalling. I have never been made to feel so small as a valued customer who has used Welcome Pick Ups many times before.

Lack of response from driver and Natalia at Customer Services has been awful. Do not use them, they will not refund you or be response to your pick up time.

When travelling abroad there are so many things to consider and transfers to and from airports and hotels is always a big worry. Will the cabs "rip me off?" "If I book a transfer will they turn up?" Well....I have been using Welcome transfers for a few years and a few trips. I will be using them again in the future so that says it all. Great drivers who were polite and spoke passable to good English. The communication before the pick up through WhatsApp was excellent. I would certainly recommend the service 5 Star!

We used Welcome Pickups twice in Barcelona, once to get from the cruise port to our hotel, and again to get from our hotel to the airport. Both times the driver arrived early, got us to our destination quickly, and was very friendly. The cars were relatively new, clean and tidy. We couldn't ask for more.

Juan arrived early, and was accommodating, friendly and respectful. After a 9 hour flight he waited patiently and for us and had a bottle of cold water for each of us! He is truly the SUPER TAXI man!

I had difficulty in arriving at the airport as the plane had two abortive attempts at landing due to high winds. We were diverted to another airport to refuel, then returned to the original airport to attempt a third landing. Which was successful. My driver waited patiently for me. 5 stars. For service.

Our driver was David. He picked us up early (after he sent us a text an hour prior telling us he was arriving early). Car was clean and comfortable. As we drove 1.5 hours to our destination he gave us places to eat and see once we got there. David was friendly, a good conversationalist and made the ride go by quickly. I would be very happy to use Welcome Pickups again.
