Excellent service provided to my elderly father at his care home. Would recommend.

Excellent experience. Looked after the residents very well and spent time and care with them.

Both Scott and Gary listened to my initial concerns and, importantly, took the necessary time and care to give a detailed explanation of the patient’s process and supplementary advice. This has resulted in a very positive outcome as well as excellent patient care.

Sarah and Ann Marie carried out our residents eye tests today. They both made our residents feel comfortable and explained everything they were doing.

Maria and her team are fantastic, patient, and professional. They go over and above to ensure every person has a good optician experience in a care home. Their team and efficient and supportive to a consistentl changing environment with different people and get to know each individual. I previously worked with them and had to get them into my new service!

Connect Eyecare were introduced to us last year when our Mum could no longer go to specsavers as she moved to a care home. The process was easy, she had an eye test at the home, she chose frames that she liked but best of all, her name was inscribed on the arm of the glasses!

The screw unfortunately fell out 6 months later. I contacted Connect Eyecare & they fixed the glasses on site, a couple of days later. Impressive!

Sarah and Ann Marie came this afternoon to see 3 of my residents. Very professional and courteous towards staff and residents.

The experience is great. Sara and Ann Marie are well experienced on how to deal with Resident’s living with Dementia. Residents have had a good and calm experience during the check up.

Sarah and Ann Marie came into out care home today. They went beyond expectations. The ladies were kind' caring and super efficient with our residents. I would highly recommend connect eye care for optical needs.

I cannot fault their service. The two staff who visited my mother in her care home to test her eyes were not only very professional, they were very good at dealing with an older person with poor hearing. Also, the new spectacles were produced and delivered very promptly.
