We switched to Grant after 6 years being with the same provider for our website services. Before that we had used a few other companies over the past 20 years. So what I am saying is we have some experience working with other companies.

Before we were very much in the dark, hoping that if we just threw more money at the market, it would result in more calls as everything previously was kept “behind the curtain” Throwing more money at PPC was not the answer, and now we have the data to back that and we can see it for ourselves. It is amazing at how much Grant has learned about how our business operates - he might know our business better than us! And the reverse is true as well - it’s amazing how much we now know about our online efforts.
