Amazing convertible sofa bed
Amazing convertible sofa bed! I purchased this item for my guest bedroom where I also have a mini-library, and the couch is the perfect size for reading and relaxing, the full sized bed is wonderful for when I have guests over!
The foam is the perfect density and is extremely comfortable. The corduroy fabric is amazingly soft and durable, and I love that there are two cup holders.
This is an amazing piece of casual furniture and I highly recommend it!

we ordered a couch from this company on Amazon got the couch. It is very very small to the floor. My husband and my children can't even sit on it. They have did nothing to help us as far as getting our money back and returning it I highly recommend never

Looks nice and easy set up
So the setup was really easy, and the couch is pretty comfortable and looks really nice.
My only complaint is that it's not meant for hard (non carpet) floors. The bracers for the cushions just slide all over the place so maybe in the future you could add a non-slip mat or something to set the couch on top of for people who have hardwood floors because I'm having problems keeping the pieces together. I'm going to have to go by non-slip pads or something somewhere

Delivery - My box came broken so I was a little skeptical about it but luckily nothing inside got damaged.
Overall Product- The cushion is very comfortable on the chair. It does help your posture a lot especially for times when you are sitting at a desk for a long time. I'm 5 '1 and the head rest is a little uncomfortable just because my neck does not fully reach the head rest. You can move it around but the lowest level that the headrest goes still is not that comfortable for me. The lumbar support is good but for mine it does not lock in place, everytime I try to lock it, it falls back down to the original position. You can also only lock the chair in 2 positions when you recline, but I wish it did more. I did not get mine with the footrest but I would definitely recommend getting it especially if you want to sit criss-cross because there is not enough space with just the cushion even with me having short legs.
Overall, there are good and bad qualities of the chair but if you want one that will mainly support your back, get this one.

We also really appreciate you pointing out the specific areas for improvement. It is incredibly helpful for us to know that the headrest doesn't quite reach a comfortable position for someone 5'1", and that the lumbar support isn't locking securely for you. Regarding the recline positions, we hear you—more flexibility would definitely enhance the experience. We have documented all these points and escalated them to our design team for future upgrades.
For your current chair, The lumbar support needs to be pulled slowly from the bottom up to the middle until it locks in place. You cannot pull it all the way up at once, because if you pull it all the way up, it will automatically unlock and won't lock.

Great product! The seat is super comfy and squishy. It is smooth when swiveling and rolling on the floor. Nice color and the seat just fits my body comfortably. Also it arrived so quickly. The chair is comfortable, it was nice to not have a sore back at the end of the day. My only complaint is the height of the chair. It is short compared to my last one.
