This company is a scam!!!

DO NOT ORDER!
I ordered an advent calendar in November they sent it to a completely different location. They are refusing to give me my money back! They claim they have resent the product but there is no evidence they have posted this. Avoid and save your money!

Ordered a £50+ mystery Amazon box in October 2023. It was to be delivered to SCOTLAND but they delivered it to Wales, a different country altogether!! Requested refund twice which was ignored. Told I would be sent a new parcel, never received. It’s been 12 weeks from my original order date. 3 months and nothing back whatsoever.

Avoid any business which uses that email address for their customer service communication!!!

Would advise not to deal with this company They had 3 months to deal with my order but they are just liars and thieves Complete scam merchants

Don't want to even give one star. goods ordered and paid for In October, but never received. It looks like this has happened to lots of people so I don't understand why customers are not alerted to SCAM

Minus star. This company Weiwang also goes under the name RUNTOO. Ordered Advent calendar October 2023 with Lacombe products. Nothing arrived got my bank onto it 1st December 2023. Fight still going on to get a refund. They sent the bank a fake consignment docket. This company should be stopped and closed down! I ordered from Australia. I ordered from these terrible people in October, and despite multiple attempts,via email, to try and find out where my order was and why it was delivered to some obscure place in Devon, and I live in Manchester, still nothing. Avoid this company and save your money. Thieves!!!

I had not read any reviews on this company before ordering HUGE mistake. They are beyond disgusting I placed an order October 2023, for Christmas gifts monies taken promptly from my account and no goods delivered despite at least 15 emails and letting them know I would be taking them the full road I still have no goods to show for the money they have STOLEN from me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY it is a SCAM !!!!

Sad to say that this company have never provided any proof of postage. And have continued to reply to emails with further fabrications and stalling. I've asked for a complete refund and also stated to them that they will be reported and negative feedback placed on Trustpilot in order to assist further customers and save them the stress of losing money and being treated disgracefully.

Ordered good in October 2023 and, although they took the money,no goods have ever arrived.
They keep saying that the goods have been dispatched.
So far, I have e-mailed them 12 times and, just get fobbed off with a load of lies.
Please, please do not buy anything from this SCAM company!!

Don’t buy from these , I’ve asked for a refund 4 times now and they keep saying it’s been delivered when it hasn’t , I’ve reported them to the fraud department

If I could give minus stars I would. I ordered goods in October for Xmas presents have not received them. They were supposedly delivered to somewhere in England and I live in Aberdeen, Scotland. I have been promised twice now goods will arrive but have no faith in this company. I ordered from Instagram and invoice was from Runtoo. PLEASE DO NOT BE NEXT TO BE SCAMMED. Avoid this company like the plague.

Doesnt deserve any stars. Waiting from Oct for delivery which they say went to Rochester in England, im in Ireland and no refunds. Total scammers. Will not but from China again.

RUN TOO TRADE LIMITED also known as WEIWANG. I ordered from this so called firm in October in November I contacted them about delivery and was told it was on its way..It never arrived I contacted again no reply.
THIS IS ONE BIG SCAM. Do not touch them with a barge pole.

I should of looked more into the company when ordering, lesson well and truly learnt. It is a shame their are such dishonest and distrustful people in this world

If i could put 0 i would. Ordered early October. Seems parcel delivered November 200 miles away to Birmingham, i live Durham! Requested refund but was told new parcel on the way. As order was advent calender i was worried it would not arrive in time but was told it would. Early December i requested full refund, they said they sent another, i requested full refnd again, no reply and no refund. This company are a disgrace and should be taken down. DO NOT USE THEM! 😡😡

COMPLETE SCAM PROVIDES TRACKING THAT DOESNT EXIST. THEN CLAIMS NON EXISTANT DELIVERY.
THEN TELLS YOU TO CHILL AND WAIT ALL THE TIME REFUSING REFUND.
