My Weight Medics experience
Weight Medics was recommended to me and I'm so glad I tried them. All staff have been professional, knowledgeable and extremely kind. The monthly conversations with the prescribers have been good discussing how the previous month has been for you in relation to how you have been feeling and weight loss. The weekly emails with tips and hints are also helpful. The delivery of the injection has always been prompt with no issues. I would absolutely recommend this company to aid in your weight loss.

Weight Medics is the right choice for me
I started my weight loss journey at the end of January with some trepidation as I was anxious about using injections. My consultation with my Weight Medic consultant put any anxiety and fears to rest. Knowing that I had support and wasn't left to my own devices made Weight Medics the perfect choice for me. I have a consultation every 4 weeks which is great if there is anything that I need ask. I'm delighted with my weight loss in the short period that I have been taking Mounjaro.

Feeling positive about my weight loss journey
I've been incredibly taken care of since joining Weight Medics. Thank goodness they look at your medical history as i was advised to get some blood work done which then allowed me to start the weight loss injections safely. I was extremely nervous about starting but now i don't know what i was so afraid of, everything is explained fully, i like that i can talk with an actual human, there is no such thing as too many or stupid questions, they put my mind at ease.
Looking forward and feeling positive about my weight loss journey, my next review is coming up, excited to share my progress so far with the doctor.

I am very impressed with weight medics I started my weight loss journey with 89k in one months I’m using mounjaro injection 2.5 and now I’m 81kg and my blood pressure has dropped down a lots. I can recommend weight medics clinic to anyone.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid them at all costs if want good client service. Their supply chain is painful to deal with and often leads to missed delivery’s. Also, they will tell you at some point that you’ve achieved what they consider your target weight (likely to be still be a BMI at the top end of normal) irrespective of whether you’re happy with this and they’ll leave you high and dry to deal with the fallout. I have regained every kg I lost with them when they did this to me recently, despite being a customer for 18+ months, so that’s 000’s of pounds I might have well as just set fire to. I have just switched provider and am much happier; there are way better providers out there, so don’t use WeightMedics

We’d like to reassure you that our prescribing decisions are based on medical safety and clinical guidelines. We understand that this can be frustrating, but patient well-being is always our top priority. We are committed to transparency in our policies, and we regret if your experience did not reflect this.
Regarding supply chain concerns, while the industry faced significant challenges in 2022 and 2023 due to the global shortage of Ozempic, we worked hard to minimise disruptions and keep our patients informed. Fortunately, the supply situation for Wegovy and Mounjaro has significantly improved, and we have not experienced shortages similar to those of previous years.
Upon reviewing your clinical notes, we do not see any indication that your treatment was discontinued by us. Instead, we can see that you chose to take a break from treatment for a few months, after which we were able to reinitiate it.
When patients reach a healthy BMI, we offer non-medicated support plans through our Nutritionist and Functional Nutritionist, as well as resources on our community hub. Many patients find these tools helpful in maintaining their weight loss after completing medication.
We appreciate your time with us as a long-term patient, and we are truly disappointed to hear that you feel unsupported. In this case, we were unable to continue prescribing treatment due to a medical contraindication identified by our prescriber during a review of your Summary Care Record. We strongly advice that any provider you decide to go to fully reviews your medical history with you to ensure safe treatment. Please know that decisions like these are never taken lightly and are always made with full consideration of a patient’s health and best interests.

Really good service
I have had such a great experience with Weight Medics. Their doctors have been very supportive throughout my journey with them. Not only are they ensuring the medication I was provided is working to help me lose weight but they are ensuring that I have no side effects and that I am incorporating lifestyle changes too. I am also not pushed to increase doses and feel like they really care about my journey. It’s very easy to book consultations with the doctors too.
