Impossible to get hold of, terrible service, and never meet the deadline you ask for when paying for speedy delivery. If you don't cancel your order within 24 hours, you will no longer be able to cancel. And they don't send you emails, so you can't check progress or tracking. Never ever again.

to order was ok but to obtain a product type was difficult

I am a 1st time customer so we will see. So so good a lot of Style and color choices and excellent products. I am looking forward to receiving my order.

Did not like the packing of item arrived wrinkle and the sizing guide on your chart is misleading.

The suit looks exactly like the photo and the fit is good. Surprisingly good quality for the price. I was nervous after reading some negative experiences, but everything came out as advertised.

I ordered 3 mens suits of them totalling $450 for my partner to try for our wedding. Shipping was so long that they didn't arrive in time. I have been trying to email cusotmer service for 2 months now trying to get instrucitons on how to return for a refund. They have been extremely slow to reply and just keep saying the same thing over and over again, offering a 10% refund and saying that I can keep them. They have now just completely stopped replying. I am so disappointed and this is a large amount of money to lose for us. They are a scam site! Do not use them! The quality is also really poor too!

you need to list full measurements inc the lenght and may be do small fittings in the larger sizes

This company is terrible for returns, they won’t let you return items for a refund and will instead insist on giving you a 10% refund and keep the items. No matter how many times you email their support team to ask for the postage address to send the items back to, they send the same email back time and time again offering a 10% refund without acknowledging the request of a full refund. It’s a scam so stay clear of them. The good reviews are fake.

In the I see your product online and it look nice. I will comment more after I receive my order! The trigger thing is I did not read your return policy!
