I have rented a vehicle with weflex and I must say that Varunica who works there has been an absolute star. She has assisted me when I really needed help and was so lovely to speak to in store. She was so very kind to me and listened to everything I had to say. She made me feel confident to tell her my situation. I will definitely come back to this company when I sort out my license and rent again

Weflex provided excellent support for me during my difficult period when I sustained injury with tarlor-made payment plan to cover the downtime period given me the opportunity to clear my rent arrears along with weekly payments. I am presently going for treatment while I am yet to qualify for payment holiday (2 weeks rent grace). WeFlex offers assistance to set Rent2buy weekly arrears on payment plan which will be pay flexibly along with my Rent2Buy weekly payment after my return to work. Please reach out to WeFlex Support Team and Payment Team if you are in need of support to keep your car no matter what you are going through. Useful information and TFL updates are provided to me as well as useful tips regarding my EV Vehicle. I recommend WeFlex for Private Hire drivers interested in owning their choices of Rent2Buy vehicles with low deposits and minimum weekly payments. You have the opportunity to buy off your car early if you desire to do so with a call to the WeFlex Support Team.

Abdel is a credit to WeFlex – Expert advice and great support!


​I’ve had a fantastic experience with Abdel at WeFlex. He was extremely helpful in getting my account fully up to date and went the extra mile to give me valuable advice on driving my electric car in this freezing weather. His tips on how to stop the battery from draining so fast have been a lifesaver.
​Abdel is a total professional and a credit to the company. It’s a huge contrast to a certain weekend employee who is incredibly rude and arrogant; WeFlex needs more people like Adel who actually care about the drivers. Highly recommended!

Less then 2 weeks of having the car…

Less then 2 weeks of having the car there were problems.
Warning signs saying limited power would show and the car would slow down and intermittently come to a complete stop. Over time it has got worse and now affects the CCS (cruise control system)

Initially customer service was good and had it booked in for a diagnostic, however mechanic said it had to be done at Kia Dealer as it's quite a complex problem.

During this time of waiting for it to be fixed, weflex have said they are unwilling to provide a curtosey car as the car still drives,(completely ignoring the fact that the car has been stopping in unsafe places while having customers in the vehicle) and the fact the problem is getting worse and last stopped on a dual carriage way.

What is irritating me the most is that they are quick to take your money but when you request a call back from a manager or any one at that, no one wants to get back to you.

Not happy with the service here and would not recommend.

Update:
This has now been resolved thanks to Ash, who has shown great customer service and understanding when others wouldn't.

A good company to do business with

Natalie was very helpful from my initial enquiry to picking up my car. Then the lady who did the final paperwork and uploaded my details on the uber app for me and the gentlemen who showed me around the car were very professional and pleasant.
