I have a beautiful Cartier must gold watch that hasn’t worked for several years. I have struggled to find someone who could help me to get it working again. I have to say that the process with we fix any watch was first class. From the quote to keeping me informed as to how long it would be,they kept me informed and answered any questions promptly. I have just recieved my watch by Royal Mail, all working again with a one year guarantee. I am very happy with the service and so pleased to have my lovely watch finally working again,Thankyou so much!
Omega Speedmaster service speed
Sent my Omega Speedmaster into to this company in July. Since then I’ve only received replies from them if I contact them and that’s by email only. I still don’t have my watch back and every time I telephone them nobody answers. I have asked them today by email to just return my watch finished or otherwise. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone as their service communication is not reliable. My watch was only there to fix the strap with a new link bar and a service.I was given a price and timescale and should have received my watch back a month ago. I then questioned when my watch would be returned to me and was told they needed 3-5 days to check it further. It is getting close to 3 months now when I sent my watch in and still as of today I have no idea what is holding it up or when I will receive it back. Phoned today no answer as usual and sent them an email to just return it finished or not. Avoid using them would be my advice..they aren’t speedy and they don’t contact you. I will confirm once I receive my watch back the condition and paperwork.

Awful service
I sent my Omega Seamaster for a full service as it was losing too much time . It came back after a few weeks, straight away it was obvious there was a problem, the watch was sent back with no paperwork, no receipt/guarantee, no records of any testing or regulation carried out. Not only that but several of the lume markers had been stained pink. The time and date was wrong so it had clearly not been tested or regulated, it was also still losing time, after much discussion I agreed to send the watch back for it be "assessed" as they could not refund me without looking at it and they could not underestand how the staining had occured, that was 4 weeks ago and I have heard nothing other than "its waiting to be assessed", thats when i actually get a reply to an email as they do not answer the phone or reply to my requests for an update, I have resorted to leaving a negative review in the hope that it sparks some sort of activity. I am begining to wonder if I will ever see my watch again and who knows whats happened to the inside of it. Having sent photos and discussed the issue with a certified Omega service centre they have confirmed the dial needs replacing and needs to be fully regulated and possibly a fully service inside again (that is if it has even been done the first time), If they provide a satsfctory resolution I will be happy to revist this review

Watch was repaired promptly at very reasonable cost, in just over a week between initial email enquiry and repaired watch received! Very impressed by the quick and efficient service.
High costs poor service...
Not at all impressed with service or the estimated repair costs. I searched 'local watch' repair on Google and We Fix Any Watch ( RIPAIR LTD) came up as a local watch repair service. A postal service was sent to me so, I decided to give it a go!
After e-mailing them a few weeks later I was eventually given a price to repair, which was very high compared with similar repairs I have had in the past on similar watches in my collection. So, I decided to get it returned without the repairs completed, a week ago I was told that the reason it was not returned was because I had 'not provided clear instructions to return it'. I then copied the clear instruction from an
e-mail sent earlier to them, I then sent another e-mail pointing out that 'I did give them clear instructions' indeed pasting that clear instruction on the e-mail to them.....need less to say I am still waiting for my watch to be returned assembled etc. I cannot recommend use of We Fix Any Watch. Watch repair
I received a call yesterday from this company with an update on my watch repair, very happy with the communication, long may it continue 👍
Bloody awful
Bloody awful - contacted them through their website, via email and then by phone and was assured my watch would be collected for a free quote - 7 days later and still no collection.
I’m disabled so very difficult for me to take it to a post office to send.
Update 24 July - Reply to WFAW
Alex - I live in sheltered accommodation where each of our flats has cctv monitoring our doors so if you let me know at what time Royal Mail allegedly tried to collect my watch I can verify this by the recording made at the time.
Gmail alerts me to any new emails I receive regardless if they go into my Spam Folder (which I check daily) and as the email you just forwarded came through to my Primary Folder, I don’t see any reason why I would not have received the original you say you sent.
I received your email of 15 July in my Primary Folder to which I replied the same day but as you did not respond to it I rang on the 17th July where I was told the collection would either be that day or the next.
If you can provide a satisfactory explanation to your “phantom email” and have Royal Mail prove they tried to collect my watch when you say they did then I will gladly delete my Trustpilot Review and wholeheartedly apologise.
Update: 25th August 2024
It has taken you nearly 6 weeks to respond to my review update of July 24th and you have still not provided any proof of the apparent attempt to collect the watches when you say it was made, nor given a satisfactory explanation as to why your email trying to rebook the collection was never received when subsequent emails were - you seem determined to lay blame at the feet of the Royal Mail and technical issues yet you have provided no proof.
It is very easy to craft an email after the fact showing that you had sent an email previously and I see from other reviews that you appear to have done this before.
Therefore my review stays and is a very honest description of my experience with your company.

Very poor service so far
Very poor service so far, I sent my Breitling for a battery replacement and heard nothing back, when I phoned the operator didn’t seem to know what was going on and although promised to return my call never did. Still unsure whether this is a scam to get mugs like me to send them a valuable watch, if things change in the next few days I’ll update but until then I’d be very wary.
