Genuine business, great service, great quality and all round trustworthy.

They sell:
- Crap UK weed
- SYNTHETIC SPICE Vape pens (very dangerous) marketing them as canna pens
- Re-filled and re-sealed non-original items as if they were original

On top of that, you get orders lost in the post and they will offer you a little % discount on your next order as a compensation when they've just made you lose £100 or whatever.
There's no such things as refunds or returns in here, obviously. So buy at your own risk.
The customer service is also cocky, unhelpful and arrogant.

Incredibly professional service. Orders arrive in days. Packaged discreetly. Even offered me a replacement free-of-charge, when I sent them a video of my malfunctioning cartridge. I recommend them to friends whenever I can.

Amazing customer service and great products. I have been a customer for a couple of years and have never had any complaints. Always helpful and accommodating when there has been a delay or issues with payment etc. Most issues have been with royal mail delivery times. I will continue to buy from here.

SCAM ! This site used to be good a few years ago, Now they just take your money and you do not get your product, None of their contact methods work so you cant even complain or dispute anything.

Never had a issue, kept me going all thru lockdown and beyond.

I would like to know how I could track my order and the time of arriving

SCAM ! They user to be okay a year ago I think. Customer support helped me (by email) to sole an issue, order arrived and it was good. Last week I paid £40 just to be told from the bot on Telegram my payment can not be found. Operator didn't react on my questions at all. Contacted customer service - they asked what happened and then only silence. It's been few days now without any response... So I guess you have 50/50 chance of getting your order according other reviews.

Don't know how to reply, so I'm editing my initial post( initial 06/10/2022 , today 02/11/2024). After two years they are asking for my order number....wow what a quick reaction! In another two years they will probably say nothing was wrong. SCAM

Quality and weight excellent, fairly fast delivery 2-3 working days and in discreet packaging.

Had an issue once where they were out of stock but they sent what they had and a credit note for the amount spent.

Very good, not sure if they are still going as not used in a while.

Delivery, for me in NE Scotland, usually takes 3 days from order - longest delivery time was 6days. Products well packaged.

I placed an order and sent the money; however, they couldn't find the transaction number in the first instance. Then, I started talking with the operator, who confirmed that the money was received, but they stopped dealing with small orders; therefore, they gave the option to pay the difference of the minimum order accepted or request a refund. I opted to ask for a refund, and they blocked me almost immediately.

I have all the screenshots that will be published on Twitter, Facebook, etc. WE NEED TO STOP THEM! WE NEED TO SHOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING.

I have ordered before and it arrived within a couple of days. This time on day 4 I asked if there was a problem? Swift response explaining delays occur occasionally and could take up to 10 days.
Day 6 it arrived. Very happy with product and customer service. Have faith everyone. 😉
