Never received order
Ordered on the 7th July, tracking stopped on the 9th July. Courier company Asendia has a very poor rating. Now the 24th of August, no tracking, no item, not happy. Will not use again.

Took advantage of their 10 plus 10 offers in the past. 17 out of 20 germinated and produced great plants. This time the seeds came and half of them looked terrible and were minuscule. Out of 20 seeds 11 germianted. Explained the situation to customer support and detailed how many duff seeds there were. They responded back asking me questions regarding germination etc which I had already answered in my initial complaint. Will go elsewhere

Second time ordering from this company…
Second time ordering from this company and I Highly recommend them. Received seeds promptly, and now 10 days later, they all have sprouted and are growing fabulously. The plants have a great hue to them already and I can tell it's going to be a healthy harvest. I've gotten seeds from other seed sellers before, but, there's always seeds that don't sprout or seeds that fail soon after sprouting with those other sellers, I have yet to have this issue with Weedseeds Express.

Don't do business with them. They are dishonest.
Primary complaint is that they failed to give refund when due, using multiple excuses about needing to 'claim' Venmo payment. Multiple emails until I threatened to go to authorities--my refund appeared the next day. Seeds were no good. And customer service when sent to wrong address was poor to non-existent. Not sure where all the 5 star ratings came from but these are not honest people.

WSE has came through for me again. Until my last order 100% germination. That was through 4 orders. For whatever reason the last shipment 50%germination. Contacted WSE got a replacement order free. WSE still my go to seed store. Thanks WSE.
