I cannot log in to my weebly account…

I cannot log in to my weebly account because their log ins switch between square and weebly and for the life of me I cannot get the square account and the weebly account connected. I have tried FIVE different email addresses to attempt to make correct log ins and accept the invitation to edit from my designer. My web designer has spent so much time on this, and now I have spent an hour on the phone with tech support and no one seems to have any idea why this is happening or how to fix it. Two days ago while I was on the phone the support deactivated the account I had set up so I could do it again with the same email address after waiting 24 hours. Well, 48 hours later, it deactivated, but square still thinks that address is attached to an account, even though when you log in to it it is basically a blank screen and says I have no info. So now it is even more useless than before and I cannot use that email address to set up an account. So my web designer built me a website that I cannot access. It's "cheap" but seriously not worth the headache--it will cost you in time, labor, and gray hair. Try wix.com which I used to use -- infinitely better. I have so so so so many regrets over this website server choice.

I would never use this company

I would never use this company. They are bait and switch. My college son was referred to sign up and they ended up charging him twice when it was supposed to be free. Also, the phone service is overseas and it took forever to get them to understand us. Ugh!! Don't use them

Weebly is 100% Outdated Cyber Excrement…

Weebly is 100% outdated cyber excrement which could be obsolete as early as July 2025. Square bought them out, and appears to have zero desire to retain the business of those of us who made the unfortunate decision to trust our websites to Weebly. The platform and "customer service" are deplorable!

Total cheats, run far away!

Total cheats, they will sneakily bill you even after you swtich to a free plan, never send you updates and then change pricing on you without any notificaiton.
Customer service is all abroad and they have no idea whats going on, and cannot help. After hours on the phone, I had to give up and dispute charges on my CC, but they are still pending.

Square cancelled my account

To add my review to the many, many other negative ones... After setting up a Weebly website, I was unable to log in to edit my website. I spent 5 hours on chat with support. Out of frustration, I contacted my credit card to dispute the Weebly charges. Thinking I could clear the slate and start over, I tried again to set up a Square account and a Weebly website. This time, Square revoked my charges after I spent several hours reconstructing my website on the new account. Please, please, please read at least some of the negative reviews before you embark on Weebly.

Horrible experience

Awful experience. I signed up hoping that it would make my life, as a small business owner, easier, but no. Weebly adds not only duties but also stress to my working life. I still can't resolve my problem and staffs can only do so much through email (i have to make a phone call-but i am not either in the states, europe, nor australia). No no no. BIG NO.

Support was unable to fix my website…

Support was unable to fix my website form submissions. My contact forms were not recording submissions or sending me emails even though it showed my customers that their inquiry was submitted. I lost several leads this way.

3 different forms on my site were broken, showing the customer their form was submitted but not actually recording.

Support tried to fix the issue but when they couldn't they just stated that there was nothing wrong with the site on their end and they would not be trying anything else to fix it.

I had to recreate my entire site on a different hosting platform to get the form submission feature back.

I had been with them for over 10 years. I had several issues with them in the past from billing as well as technical support. I even had to recrate an entire retail site when square purchased Weebly and messed up the inventory integration.

However, after loosing so many customer leads, this was the final issue that convinced me to make the switch.

I paid weebly for a website and company…

I paid weebly for a website and company name over a month ago, and the website has still not been published. despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance. i have received no response or support. Lack of service and communication incredible disappointing. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. ITS COMPLETELY SCAM WEBSITE!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE... YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY...

Warning!!!!Being with weebly for over 12 years…

Being with weebly for over 12 years recently noticed technical issues with contact form
Of our website.
Tried to reach customer service by emails and phone calls.
After several attempts advised by one of their team via email that they are looking into issue within one to three working day. it has been month now haven’t heard back from them .
Customer support could be better as it is very poor and disappointing.
Their phone support is not accessible at all.
If you are a service provider and want to build a website you would be better of to look for alternatives not weebly at all!!!!

Warning Weebly will steal your sites, Stay away from them

Weebly used to be good, but not now since Square took over. I have (or had) multiple domains and websites with them. They have now locked me out of my account so I cannot manage my websites or domains that I have paid for.
I keep asking for help, but their customer support is the worst ever. They either dont reply to my help requests or send me generic useless replies saying "sorry you have a problem, I would like to help you", but dont actually do anything to even attempt to fix the issue. Just stay away from them and cancel your subscription before you lose everything and have pay again to another company and register domains again and completely rebuild your websites.

Weebly has become a scam. They have charged out credit card hundreds of dollars for no reason and refuse to acknowledge it. I suspect this has happened to many users. I recommend Removing your credit card details from the site or cancel your card. I have lodged a scam transaction with my bank.
