Simple to take out a policy, but expensive add-ons
Good wedding insurance; the process was simple, and I could select any add-ons I wanted very easily. I liked the addition of the public liability as most wedding venues do not cover this, however the cost of that add-on almost doubled the total cost of the insurance. Regardless, in comparison this is a small (~£100-£110 for me) cost compared to the cost of a cancelled wedding!
My only complaint so far is that I found it very difficult to obtain the policy document from their own site prior to paying for the insurance, and rather had to go through an insurance comparison website to check the full policy before I paid for the insurance through their official website. I personally like to read the whole policy to see what is/ is not covered before paying, so it was frustrating to have to find it elsewhere.
I cannot comment as to whether they would pay out easily for insurance claims because my wedding has not yet happened.

The team were very quick to respond to a couple of queries I had regarding the policy wording and what was covered prior to me purchasing the policy - then when buying, it was a quick simple process of selecting a tier of cover and inputting basic contact details of my partner and I and out wedding date/venue.
