Steve from WeDeliverCars came to collect my car, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional from the moment he arrived. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and Steve took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s always great to deal with someone who’s not only efficient but also genuinely pleasant. Company works in partnership with the Motorway App, and although very happy with Motorway, we deliver cars are joke.
Missed collections
Knocking on customers doors at 10pm trying to collect cars.

Giving the Motorway and all other partner groups a bad name.

I would strongly avoid this company at all costs, worked as a trade drive for a couple of weeks and at every opportunity they try and withheld payments.

Had a car delivered, Abid the driver was friendly and phoned ahead to confirm he was on his way and when he would be arriving. Good service.

I sold my car through Motorway.
DWP collected the car.
Anri text me the night before to say what time he would be arriving. He arrived on time, looked round the car, looked under the bonnet and did a test drive. He then took some photos of the car and wheels and sent them to the buyer. He then phoned the buyer to ask them to look at the photos and agree they were happy. After a couple of minutes the money was in my bank.
Anri then helped me fill in the V5 form.

Anri was great in communication and knowledge and put me at ease.

If it was possible to give a lower rating we would.
On every occasion that this company has been booked to deliver a car it has been delayed!
I can only suggest that if you want a car delivered in a timely manner this is not the company for you.
I have then spoken to the customer services who were rude unhelpful and not even listening to me.
30 years of working in the motor trade this is without any doubt the worst customer service i have ever received!!!! DO NOT USE!!!

Sold my car via Motorway, collecting was contracted to WDC. I was kept up to date at all stages and received communication from the actual driver the evening before and the morning of the collection day. Abid was the guy collecting and he made it a great experience. He was polite, friendly & advised what he was doing at all stages. Great service all round. Thank you

Had Abid collect my car today following selling it via Motorway. There was unfortunately a little confusion where it needed collecting from (I think this was a Motorway issue), but Abid tried his best to help. He was so kind & friendly, made what’s quite a stressful/worrying thing (for me anyway) so pleasant. Thanks Abid! A great representation of WDC 😊

Amid was really helpful with everything during the collection process as I had never done this before. He was very patient and understanding.

Had a good experience with this Company who collected my car after a sale arranged through Motorway. Tyran was a really nice person who explained the process very well - and was straightforward and efficient.

We sold my late Fathers car via Motorway and wedelivercars were assigned to collect it.

Due to having the day off I collected Michael from Northampton train station as he is a trade plate driver rather than driving a car transporter (this is not something that you are expected to do, they will make there own way to your address)

Absolutely lovely and professional Gentleman who made the end process so easy.

Tyran came to pick the car up. He first phoned me to say he would be half an hour. Tyran turned up on time, he was well presented and introduced himself and asked if i knew the process. I said i didn't so he exsplained everything to me. He inspected the car took some photo's. He then test drove it. He then explained that the money should be in my account and that would be it. The money arrived in my account.

WDC kept me updated every step of the way and Michael who collected my car was very professional and thorough. They helped me through the whole process and made it straight forward and easy for me

Had my car collecyted this morning by Tyran. He made the whole process so easy & helpful at a difficult time. He was very professional, respectful & helpfu with any questins I had. A credit to the company. Thank You Tyran, first class service.

Great inspection and pick-up service provided by Ismail V today. Good communication, kept me informed on his travels, progress and ETA; very polite, friendly, trustworthy and respectful. Would recommend 👍🏼
