As soon as we walked through the door, the atmosphere was really welcoming.
The ladies who helped us were all lovely and encouraging, especially kelissa who helped me realise the kind of dress I wanted after coming in with no idea of what to go for. They were so patient and kind and gave me a lot of advice and support. I said yes to my dress after only trying on about four and it was the third option kelissa gave me. They really couldn't do enough for me. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much ladies 😊

Would like to say thank you too all the lovely ladies at the stoke on Trent store today… especially Julia who went above and beyond and even got me saying yes to my dress which the opposite to what I had in mind…. Amazing service with the staff that dealt with me today and helped me manage to Say Yes to a dress. The level of humour and communication from both staff members was brilliant. You managed to help me with only 8 months to go for my big day! Thank you Lizzie so much!

Visited the Stoke store with a vision of what I wanted and they did not disappoint! Kellisa was amazing she listened to my requests and found me the dress of my dreams. Thank you I couldn’t be happier with the service, care and kindness provided. Would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for that magical experience 😁

I had a great experience recently at wed2b Stoke. As soon as we walked in all of the staff were so lovely amd friendly and made me feel at ease. I was unsure as to what sort of dress I would like but quickly found two that I loved. Thank you so much to Lauren who helped me go back and forth many times between the two and was so lovely and helpful throughout my two visits to the shop and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Eventually I decided on one and am so happy with it, it's perfect. Would definitely recommend a visit to the shop!

After experiencing an awful time with rudeness and pushiness at WED2B Manchester when my sister-in-law was trying on dresses for the first time, I was honestly quite reluctant to visit my local WED2B in Stoke. My other sister had bought her dress there a few years ago, so I decided to give it a chance — and I am SO glad I did!

From the moment I walked through the door, the ladies were absolutely lovely. I explained exactly what I thought I wanted, but I was also more than happy to try different styles to see what suited me.

The lady initially brought out the dress I had always envisioned myself wearing. It had everything I thought I wanted… but then they threw a complete curveball and asked if I would like to try another dress!

And OMG… I fell completely in love! ❤️ The dress I had always pictured in my head didn’t even come close to the “curveball” dress. I knew almost instantly, and I literally said YES TO THE DRESS there and then!

I really want to give a BIG shout-out to Julia at the Stoke WED2B store. Her knowledge was incredible, she genuinely listened to what I wanted, gave me honest advice, and had such a fantastic sense of humour. She made the whole experience enjoyable, relaxed and so much fun.

After my previous experience, I really wasn’t expecting to enjoy the process — but Julia completely changed that for me. She absolutely made my day, and I couldn’t be happier with my dress!

Thank you so much, Julia, for helping me find the one! ❤️👰‍♀️ It was definitely worth the visit!

Had a really lovely experience at the Stoke on Trent branch of Wed2b on Saturday.
We was greeted by Lizzie as soon as we walked through the door, she (and all the other staff) were really lovely, friendly, very complimentary, clearly experienced and you could tell they all love their jobs.

They definitely made the experience of ‘finding the one’ more enjoyable and special 🥰

We got to the store as soon as it opened so it wasn't busy, which felt more like a personal/one on one experience.

I would highly recommend this branch.

I was only suppose to be looking for dresses as I hadn’t started looking yet, but I ended up buying my perfect dress and veil! We weren’t pestered whilst looking- which is something I was worrying about, we were left to look at our own pace.
All the ladies who were working in the shop at the time were so kind and made me feel so special when I found my dream dress. I can’t recommend going to Wed2be in Stoke enough! My mom, nan and sisters all said the same as well, everyone was so welcoming and lovely and the selection of dresses is amazing!

As soon as I arrived at Wed2b, I was greeted straight away and was sat down the amazing member of staff Molly who went through everything with me be made me feel as comfortable as possible.

I found my dream dress this day, and I couldn’t have done it without Mollys help, advice and assistance.

Lovely experience.

Grace did my fitting and was really helpful and supportive.
I think I was giving up and she persisted and found me the absolutely perfect dress.

Really lovely staff, dresses and experience, however the dress I loved and purchased was 4 sizes too big for me. This was due to my time I had left having had our wedding venue go into voluntary liquidation we decided to marry abroad. Leaving me three months to find a dress, hence purchasing off peg. Two other stores had my size, but the stores do not ship from store to store and were too far away to get to. This is the reason for my 4 stars. It would be helpful if the shops did ship from store to store because my alteration costs are now almost as much as the dress which I thought was very reasonably priced. I had to make an on the spot decision. If item can be shipped from overseas I do not see why a dress could not be shipped from a UK store to another.

Lovely store though.

Molly found my perfect dress in under 10 minutes! She knew exactly what I wanted and made me feel so comfortable trying it on. She took her time to ensure I was happy and even showed my sister how to put me in and out of it! Thank you so much Molly!!!

Walk in service, so no booking needed which is great. As we entered the staff greeted us and let us have a look at the dresses as we waited. We weren’t waiting long to be seen. A staff member called Molly was the one how helped me find my dream dress. She was friend, welcoming and very supportive. Overall my experience here was 5/5

From the moment I walked I was made to feel really welcome and Molly was absolutely amazing. I’m on the curvy side and was very nervous about finding something that would suit but molly definitely knows her stuff.

Recommend going to this place , from start to finish they were attentive to my needs , Amy greeted and booked in then had Grace she was fantastic, treated me like a queen. There was no pressure and I found a perfect dress …yes to the dress with all the staff clapping and making me feel so special

What an amaizing experience I had with the ladies at the Stoke branch. As a very insecure body conscious women myself I was made to feel like a princess in every gown, nothing was too much effort for both ladies and the service was tailored to myself. I can not wait to wear my Wed2B dress and will be forever greatful.

Lizzie and Amy made my experiance amazing! Such kind ladies! Would definitely recommend wed2b for getting your dress, and for a good price!

I was nervous about wedding dress shopping for many reasons but the ladies (Jules and Amy) were wonderfully kind and encouraging. They really helped me to gradually get to the dress I wanted. A brilliant experience.
