Millie was just amazing. After trying 10 dresses on with another member of staff I just wasn't getting the right vibe for my dress. However millie came in and picked my perfect dress out. Literally the one I had envisioned.
Would definitely recommend Wed2b.

I couldn’t rate my experience at wed2be more highly. It was my first dress shop visit and I had no expectation of finding my dress, but I left with the most amazing one. Kelis who looked after us was absolutely amazing, super approachable and so enthusiastic, making me feel very comfortable. The shop manager also came out to see me in the dress too and they were all so supportive and complimentary, but also not pushy at all. I was dragging out my ‘say yes’ til after the store had technically closed and there was no pressure from them at all. The dress selection was amazing, I think I tried about 12, one of each style, so felt like I had covered all bases. The price of my dress could have been triple in another shop with no difference in the quality. The only flag would be that when we arrived on a Tuesday afternoon there was initially a two hour wait, it ended up being more like 1.5hr but just to be aware. It actually helped us in the end to have the time anyway as we could browse all the dresses while we waited. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

They were really friendly, gave me lots of choices. They were super patient. I found my dream dress and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The staff at the Manchester store were really friendly as soon as we walked in! I was abit nervous but it was a relaxed atmosphere which I liked. I was served by Jazz who helped me pick my dream dress! She was friendly ,caring and very patient as there was so many beautiful dresses to choose from. I would highly recommend , thank you!

The staff were really helpful and kind. The lady helping me very quickly got the idea of what kind of thing I liked, and showed me accessories that complimented the different gowns. There was a huge choice of gowns at really competitive prices and I found exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure put on me to buy. However, I did choose my dress and said yes today! Thank you so much!

I had a brilliant experience at Wed2b - the staff were so friendly and lovely and it was a really stress free experience. The dresses were gorgeous and I found my wedding dress! I had a great experience today. I felt completely at ease and under no pressure it was all very relaxed. Keisha was fantastic and picked out some fabulous dresses for me to try and I found my perfect dress. I’m very happy and would recommend

Such a shame we went today and as soon as my friend said she didn’t have a date booked and since then the women seemed like she didn’t care unfortunately couldn’t give you her name but we have a photo of her she was extremely rude and so unprofessional like if she didn’t want to serve us that’s fine but don’t make my friends day horrible and how at the end she had the audacity to ask if she was buying it after the customer service we received made us feel extremely uncomfortable and just such an unpleasant experience and now when the times comes to her buying her wedding dress and me buying mine we will not be coming her was a unfortunate experience I felt awful for my friend who just wanted to feel special for the day to begin her journey in being a bride if you don’t like her or us just ask for someone else to deal with us as we were nothing but pleasant to her. From start to finish it was a fabulous experience. Isabell my dresser was so lovely, nothing was to much for her, she listened to what I liked and threw some great ideas at me this girl is amazing!! We didn’t wait long to be seen and it gave us time to look at the dresses I was truly spoilt for choice and would recommend wed2be for anyone looking for their perfect dress.

On entering the store we were greeted with a warm welcome, the staff were fantastic with my little girl and we were made comfortable.
We were kept up to date with our queue position and when we were taken through we were introduced to Millie, she was friendly and professional and knew exactly what she was talking about.
I would recommend Wed2B in Manchester for anyone that wants a warm, friendly and professional experience

The lady who was helping us get the dresses in the changing room paid us very little attention. Two of my bridesmaids have autism and were very overwhelmed but her manner was extremely abrupt with them.

What a lovely experience today at wed2b manchester, it was my first time trying dresses so I was a little nervous, Louise was so lovely and helpful and made me feel at ease, I fell in love with the first dress I tried on and was able to take it home today which was fab! All the girls were so lovely and complimented me in my dress which gave me a confidence boost, I highly recommend this store to any brides to be!

Amazing, felt so heard and got the most amazing dress!

Having got my wedding dress from here and having a lovely experience I was disappointed by my bridesmaid fitting! They were just kind of left to it, given no advice simply just given the dresses. There was no interaction from the girl serving us. Extremely disappointing

I had a lovely experience at WED2B! I originally went in specifically looking for overskirt options, and while I didn't find 'the one' in that department, the trip was a total success. My sales representative was incredibly helpful and truly took the time to understand my needs and style. I ended up finding a fabulous veil that matches my dress perfectly! I’m so happy I stopped in—the service was top-notch.

I’ve recently visited the Manchester store and the customer service was absolutely amazing. Massive thank you to Gemma and Louise. I attended with myself ( bride) and my mum and the ladies in the shop instantly made me feel at ease, so welcoming and the little round of applause when I said ‘ yes to the dress’ was unexpected and It completely blown me away. Both ladies listened to exactly what I wanted, and they found me the most beautiful dress. Thanks again! Highly recommend xx
