Better than boutiques I paid for! Amazing staff who don't rush you, they let you go back and retry dresses, very smooth. I came back twice, ended up exchanging a dress, but it all felt calm! Exactly what you want when wedding planning.

I had the most incredible experience with Shadine at the Wed2b City branch. I have been looking for a wedding dress for months and not found anything that suited me or that I liked. I saw on Google that Wed2b had good reviews so I went Saturday morning with my mum. Shadine made me feel so comfortable and sat me down and talked through some dresses and styles and asked about what I liked and what I didn't. I can honestly say that I was absolutely blown away and the first dress Shadine picked out.....well it was the one.
Shadine is absolutely amazing at what she does and helped me so much. She is amazing I had the best experience at Wed2b and wouldn't have been walking out with my wedding dress without Shadine.

My sales assistant was lovely - helpful, knowledgeable, and never pushy. The pricing was fair, and I’m absolutely happy with my purchase!

Rachele (St Paul's branch) was super helpful from the moment I arrived. She asked some great questions and we discussed dress styles and where my dress search was. I found the environment relaxed and not pushy. I came back the next day with my partner and tried on a few more dresses but purchased the one I had originally identified. A brilliant result. We (mom, sister and I) were in London on a citytrip en decided very impulsive to go and take a look. I wasn’t planning on trying on any dress but once we were in, we were very excited and curious but I was also a bit shy. From the minute we came in, we were welcomed by Nic. She was superfriendly and welcoming. She was present but not pushy. She was very helpful and really knew what she was doing. Eventually, I tried on 5 dresses and was swept away by the happy feeling. Thank you @Nic for the amazing experience!

I had the best time here with Shadine! She showed me dresses based on what I thought I would like, but also brought me dresses that she knew would suit me better! I highly recommend her and this store :) they really look after you

Absolutely wonderful experience at Wed2b City today, Rachele was fabulous, she brought me some amazong dresses and then something out of left field that absolutely hit the mark, it made me cry, made my MOH cry and I think she also cried, I have had a wonderful experience today. Staff were on pint with key information in regards purchasing from the store. Light hearted and good fun, nothing was too much trouble.

However I must say the same for Baker Street staff as I attended the store first unaware of the 5 pm closing time on a Tuesday however they done what they could and made me aware of St Paul’s closing time at 8 pm. Hannah was great fun big thanks.

The staff were amazing and the process was great to make sure that you refine what you want to get the perfect dress.

I’m not the bride by heart. The experience of choosing my wedding dress was stressing me for a long period of time I was very very happy about the service I get there. Rachele was very professional smart, calm. All the dresses she showed me was exactly what I wanted. She asked proper questions, she was truly interested about us. Based on this she knew exactly what we’re looking for , even I didn’t know.

We were visiting London and walked by this store when we saw that no appointment was needed, so we decided to walk in and were kindly greeted. After telling Elsa where the wedding will be, what I like and dislike, and what my insecurities are, she picked out the first dress — and it was just perfect.

We tried on a few other dresses to see if there might be something I liked better, but I couldn’t stop thinking about the first one, so I tried it on again. I wanted to sleep on it to be 100% sure, so I came back the next day — and luckily, they still had the dress. I tried it on again and knew it was the one, so I said yes to the dress!

I never thought I would find “the one” when we just happened to stop by, but Elsa had a great sense for what I wanted and understood me perfectly. I highly recommend this store — all the girls there were so lovely! Big thanks to Elsa, Daisie and Shadine!!

My wed2be experience was back in June and it was amazing!
It was at the St Paul’s store in London.
The girls couldn’t do enough and were so patient. My aunt purchased my dress in secret and it was such a special day and a lovely memory! Thank you girls!
