The assistant i had was Teresa she was lovely and very helpful nothing was to much for her very friendly and listened to what I wanted

I visited Wed2b Derby on my own just to ask a few questions & have a look around. I was warmly welcomed on arrival & without any pressure at all l decided to try on a few dresses. Lauren at the Derby branch was amazing, she put me at ease very quickly & before long she was suggesting dresses I hadn’t thought about which was great.
Between us we found the dress for me & yes it took a while to decide but this is an important decision & Lauren was with me every step of the way, which I am so grateful for. Thank you Lauren, I love my dress & will think of you on my special day!

Lovely experience at wed2b in derby last month. Lauren & Teresa were amazing, nothing was to much trouble, they had a great knowledge of dresses and took my preferences into consideration and found the perfect dress! It was such a relaxed enjoyable experience with my daughter and mum included in the whole process! Had the most fantastic experience with the team today .I am a mature bride and wondered if I would look OK in a wedding dress but Teresa made my decision so easy.

I honestly could not of asked for a better person to help me say yes to the dress than Teresa at the Derby Branch. She put in all her effort to make the morning so special. She listened to everything I said and found the ONE. I can honestly say I would recommend the branch to anyone and especially to her. Came in today to try on some dresses for my up and coming wedding. Bryony the assistant was amazing and helped me find my perfect dress.

From walking into the shop with my three friends, we felt at ease. We were directed to the changing rooms and given an idea what to expect. The assistant selected three dresses at first for me, I had no idea what I wanted and only told her my size. I tried them all on and really liked the first dress. However, the assistant showed me another similar dress but with a little more sparkle. That was it, that was the one I wanted. I looked amazing in it. I felt like a bride!

Lauren helped me to pick my wedding dress. She was excellent and very helpful, providing different styles based on my preferences. Would defiantly recommend to others.

Derby store. Dress is absolutely beautiful and good quality. The staff were lovely and I was lucky the store was empty so had the place to ourselves (definitely go on a weekday). Really good selection of dresses and were true to life from the website. Website with the mini video clips of the dresses on the models of different body shapes was also really helpful.

The only reason I did not give the full 5* was the shady upselling of random things like coathangers, different storage bags for veil / underskirt / dress and dress storage box that were just not needed. It was just all included on the final bill and I was too embarrassed to start asking to take stuff off when everything was already packaged up ready to go. If I had been more prepared for this then it wouldn’t have been an issue as I could’ve said I didn’t want them beforehand - so hopefully this review will help other brides to avoid a not so nice surprise.

Absolutely amazing staff, nothing to much trouble and have so much time for you, I visited both derby and Shirley stores and both were amazing, would highly recommend, Thank you for making choosing my dress a magical experience

I went to the Derby store this morning to have a look after finding lots of lovely dresses on the website.
I was greeted warmly by Lauren who listened to what I wanted and brought dresses to me based on this. There was no rush and I tried on 5 dresses. I loved the first dress so much and finally decided it was the one!
My mum got teary so knew it was my dress. I bought it there and then. No pushy sales and felt very relaxed throughout. So happy and will recommend to everyone.

Went into wed2b with absolutely no expectations or plans of buying the dress. Hadn’t tried on any before and was so incredibly nervous I didn’t want to do any of it. We had bryony look after us and she was the most attentive and understanding person. There was no pressure, just wanted to see what I liked the look of. 3rd dress in, I found the dress and it was exactly what I didn’t think I wanted. But it felt right. Thank you to the whole team and particularly Bryony. So massively appreciated. So put at ease and felt so beautiful

I visited the Derby store on Saturday and my gosh what an experiance! This was my first wedding dress shop I walked into and I left the same day with my dream dress 🥹 Brenda was my bridal consultant and what a dream she was! I didn’t even have to browse any of the dresses first I told her what ideas I had in my head and she pulled out the most remarkable dresses, 8 dresses later and I found MY dress! I can’t thank Brenda and the team enough for their effort and time they put into my first experiance in a bridal shop. Thank you thank you! I will be sure to tag my you guys in my pictures on the big day in August 🥰🤍

Had a beautiful experience with my Bridal Consultant Lauren. She was absolutely incredible in knowing what I wanted and helped me pick my dream dress with the 3rd dress. She listened to everything I said and helped me with everything.

I came to the Wed2b Derby store a couple weeks ago with never having tried a wedding dress on before, I was quite nervous and didn't know what to expect. Lauren was amazing! Straight away, she made me feel at ease and explained the whole experience to me. She was very attentive and kind towards myself and my mum. She had little inspo to go off from myself, but she worked amazingly to help me find my dress. Would highly recommend coming to this store for the service from staff and the experience. Due us going on a Saturday, it was very busy, but all staff acknowledge us and were very apologetic for the wait time.

I have had the best experience in Wed2b Derby. I had Teresa assisting me with trying on dresses, she was extremely helpful and she listened to everything I wanted and knew exactly what was on the shop floor which was to what I wanted. She left me with a smile on my face; she was very complimenting of me in any dress and she knew when I didn’t feel comfortable in one. She did her best to find something I was happy with. The best experience in a bridal shop, I would highly recommend.

I cannot thank the girls enough for making my experience the best, especially with it being my first time trying on wedding dresses. I could not have asked for a better team to support me. Each member of the team made me feel comfortable, at ease and most importantly beautiful. They felt every emotion with me and for that I am forever thankful. I could not recommend enough.

Lauren was so helpful and patient with me! She really took time to listen to what I liked and disliked, but also pushed me to try different styles. She helped to find me the perfect dress which I walked away with in under 2 hours!
