Wow what a beautiful experience I had at Carlisle wed2be. Skye made the experience so exciting and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She told me she would pick my dresses first after we chatted for abit which I was fully trusting her with and the first one she brought was beautiful and was a maybe. But the 2nd one made me tear up! It was THE dress. The girls there clearly know how to find someone the perfect dress and I loved how encouraging and chatty all the staff were when giving me tips on veils etc. When it’s your day you need that warmth and Skye and the team truly did that for me. It felt so fun like I was trying on with a friend that’s how welcoming it felt! I walked out feeling on top of the world because of those ladies 🩷 thank you so much to the ladies at wed2be. Would recommend over anywhere!

Miserable staff ruin full experience

They were extemely helpful! Knew exactly what to do/say to put me at ease and nothing seemed too much of a bother. I went in with very little idea of what I wanted and ended up walking out with the perfect dress. Cannot thank them enough, especially Sophie x

Absolutely amazing experience yesterday. Walked into the shop without a clue what I wanted as iv never tried a wedding dress on before. I felt very nervous coming in but Natalia was soo warm and welcoming this soon eased the nerves. Nothing was too much trouble & she listened to exactly what I wanted. My little girl who is 5 was also made to feel extremely welcome & she picked a flower girl dress for herself with help from the girls including Georgia who was absolutely brilliant with her 💗 couldn’t recommend enough to anyone thinking of going xxx

Great experience and all the staff were so lovely. I was served by Natalia who was so patient with us and gave us a lovely experience. I found my dress and absolutely love it! Thank you x

I was made to feel special like I was the only customer in the store, Jo was very bubbly and she knew what she was doing what I asked for was exactly what she brought in for me.. very knowledgeable of all the products I tried on and knew what went well with what. Sky was amazing from start to finish and helped me find my perfect dress. The whole experience was so relaxing.

All of the ladies at wed2b Carlisle were fantastic. I came in with an open mind, not really sure exactly what I wanted and willing to try anything. As a plus size lady who often feels quite self conscious about my body I was made to feel at ease when trying the dresses and made to feel beautiful in them all. Natalia pulled my perfect dress on the first try - I did try others on just to be sure. She made some great suggestions about accessories/veils etc and I came away after just over an hour with my dress and veil. A truly lovely experience, would recommend to anyone!

Couldn’t have been a better experience. The staff were all great, they were patient and there was absolutely no pressure which was perfect for me. Georgia deserves a mention as she was so good, helping me get in to the dresses and ensuring that it was all smooth sailing. The dress I have chosen is perfect and I will be back for bridesmaid dresses in the future.

I popped along to the Carlisle store a few days ago on the off chance I'd be able to browse some gowns with two of my 3-bridesmaids. I was met by the lovely Sophia.

Between Sophia & my two bridesmaids, we found a selection of dresses which were gorgeous, then the girls went 'shopping' amongst the rails and found the most perfect dress of my dreams. Not one of us were able to stem the flow of tears.

I popped back the following day, and was met by Skye & Pippa. I went back this time with my mum; after telling her about it & even mum was emotional (she's not an emotional person usually) so seeing her reaction and feeling so in love again, with the dress, I knew I had to say yes to it. So that's exactly what happened. I said YES to the most beautiful gown I've ever seen in my life, along with my veil and accessories.

I wasn't expecting to find the dress of my dreams in the first shop I visited, but I guess it was meant to be!

What an amazing experience I have had with Wed2b. All the staff out amazing and nothing is too much trouble. I got my dress and absolutely loved the whole experience. Thanks so much to Skye and Jo for helping me find my dress and making me feel amazing.

I bought my wedding dress in the Carlisle store on Sunday and what a lovely experience it was! I had absolutely no idea what I was looking for and Skye helped us in store on the day. She was so helpful, honesty, chatty and patient, she instantly chose dresses that I loved and by the fourth had found the one! She made the experience memorable with my friends and family, thank you so much ❤️The other staff in the store that day were also lovely too. Great shop, can't wait to wear my dress in June!

Skye kept me at ease & couldn't have been anymore helpful. I didn't have a clue what I was looking for but Skye found me the perfect dress & accessories & I'm very pleased

Elsa, especially, listened to what I was looking for, and knew exactly what to get for me to try. She was the most sweet, helpful and reassuring woman. She helped me every step of the way. Would HIGHLY recommend.

We visited the Carlisle store to buy bridesmaid dresses for my granddaughters for a NYE wedding.
No appointment was needed.
The ladies in the shop were friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to make sure the girls were happy.
Great choice of styles and colours to try on.
We purchased two beautiful dresses, we left very happy.
