Easy and efficient stairlift removal
Sent in picture of my stairlift, plus rail and gave information on model and age. A date and time was very easily arranged. On the day Matt, the engineer, texted to let me know his approximate arrival time and arrived promptly.
He was very pleasant, efficient and did the removal very quickly leaving behind no mess. He was also kind enough to carry my vacuum cleaner upstairs for me.
A thoroughly nice chap. I would recommend ‘We Buy Any Stairlift’ for good service on the phone and in person.

Would definitely recommend for stairlift removal.
Great communication from the company from the start. We were offered a decent price for our stairlift and given a removal date quite quickly. James and Michael who came out to remove the stairlift were friendly and professional, making the process easy and stress-free.

Efficient service from point of first contact to removal. Was kept informed regarding appointment and the engineer - Braden - arrived on time and was very polite. Glad the stairlift could be removed and reused rather than being scrapped. Thanks.

What a service!
What a service!! Braden was a lovely lad and messaged an hour before to let me know what time he would arrive. He was on time and it didn't take him long to remove stairlift. From start to finish I can't fault this company, so happy I found them and highly recommend

A great service from start (booking) to finish (removal)
Good communication in planning to take the stair lift out when booking the visit. James and his colleague turned up promptly . They were extremely polite and courteous and removed the stairlift very quickly with no mess, leaving the hall and stairs very tidy. Altogether a very good service from the team from start to finish.

Very satisfied
It was easy to get an appointment, details of how the stairlift would be removed were explained. The engineer was prompt amd polite. The cash was handed to me in an envelope there and then. Very satisfied.
