I’ve sold several phones over the years on sites like this. This is the my first time using we buy any phone.
Much like a number of the other reviews I was offered an amount of money online and then offered significantly less once they had looked at my phone the issue I have with that is my phone was in really good condition and because it was a pro the battery is big and I only ever needed to charge it once every two days yet they told me there was a battery defect.
I probably would’ve taken any other defect lying down because I wouldn’t have a clue but the battery is such an easy one to know about because you’ve been using that phone for the last two years! I did end up accepting their offer which was reduced by £160 only because after three emails and a phone call it was very clear that we were going to make it difficult and annoying to get my phone back and I would have to pay them to give it back. I was not comfortable doing this and risking my phone getting lost in their systems and so I ended up accepting the extra £20 they added when I rang up and moaned at them. Next time I will definitely use more reputable seller.

Easy to send phone and quick payment

Be warned......suck you in with high offer and knock you right down. A con if you ask me. My phone was in mint condition, been totally incased, not a scratch or mark on it but they tell you there is.
Personally I would avoid.......

Edited......expected response. Don't be fooled peeps. That phone was immaculate. Spent 2 years in a case, not one scratch, blemish or even dirt on it.....I kid you not. Absolute con........

Do not sell your phone to this company. They will try their best to scam you. You never get the price you were quoted. I sent in a brand new iPhone 15 pro. Offered £435 and they come back at £295. You could laugh at the video of them trying to make up what’s wrong with your phone, do not waste your time. They offer the most to get you in, then half the original quote in hopes you will accept. Complete time wasters. Wish I could give 0 stars.

In regards to the response from WeBuyAnyPhone. On multiple occasions I have traded in they have always knocked money off the quoted price, you can see they do the same to other customers from their reviews.

Side note: The phone hasn’t been returned yet. They said it would be sent back special delivery next day but still yet to be dispatched.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Quick service and easy to use. Also fast payment depends when your phone was tested.

The video they supply to highlight the condition only supported my claims. It shows one slight blemish that’s only visible under a bright light. And this is the reason they half the price. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!

In my opinion, they're absolute scammers! Do not use these if you think your phone is in good condition.

I was selling my father's old phone and I was amazed by how good the condition was. It'd had a screen protector and cover on from day one.

So I got a great offer from this company and sent it off.

Lo and behold, when it arrives they downgrade the quality from "Good" to "Pretty Good" and send me a video to show me the defects.

I've watched the video twice and there are ZERO defects being shown on the video.

And yet they're offering me half what the offered?! Im dumbfounded and can only explain this away by them being scam artists (in my opinion).

Just beware.

Not the valuation first intimated but not to worry.

Initially offered £208 which changed to £85 after they received the phone with a video telling me that areas were showing wear etc. after a call I stated that the marks were from the gel casing it was immediately put in from new that would easily clean off. After some bartering finally offered £100 which I accepted. Not overally impressed.

Website was easy to use with clear intructions, and I was given a fair price that was turned around very quickly! This is my second time selling with WeBuyAnyPhone and I would do again.
