The process of selling my car was easy and straightforward. Both of the employees explained everything about the assessment process as it was happening. Gio is a professional. Courteous and thorough. While I did not get the quoted amount for my car the opportunity to appeal was presented and there was no pressure to accept the offer.

It was fast, no haggling and what was paid was very close to the estimate. Gio at the willow grove office was very friendly and knowledgeable. This was the second time I sold to webuyanycar. The only complaint is the doc fee...I do not remember paying it in the past and did not know it existed. Maybe I missed it on the estimate disclosures. Other than that, it was a great experience again.
