Larry was open, friendly and provided good feedback. Explained things very clearly, made me feel comfortable doing business with him. I was referred to that location from my son-in-law Brice Hellstom who sold his BMW to you. He had a good experience and I trusted him. I had the same and will suggest people go there and see Larry. Another agent offered assistance as well and I appreciate that too.
My original offer was a bit lower than I thought it would be, I believed I was reasonable in asking for a little more and the company was quick to accept it. Aside from a slight glitch in my paperwork on my part, it was all in all a smooth transaction. We did a bit of waiting and he had entertained my chatting while we waited. He was gracious and patient, and I tried to be the same. An excellent experience.

S. came to give me an offer on my truck and after his evaluation he offered $350. I said no way and thanked him for his time. 5 minutes later he came back to me with an offer of $1100.00 not sure what changed on my truck in 5 minutes but I said ok. S.then came to me with the paperwork and I started to sign and discovered that the offer was for 1400 and they were charging me 300 in fees.
I can’t help but feel cheated. I was told the first offer was made by the computer and the second was made by a human being.
If they are as honest as they say they are why wouldn’t you start with the best offer you have. I have tried to talk to corporate but got the same answer about the computer offer first.
My problem is that there was a lot not said that should have been said and that’s why I feel cheated.
I feel that the value of my truck was more than they will admit but lesson learned.

Manager George has reached out to me a few times and I think he understands why I felt the way I did with my experience with this company. He reimbursed my fees and said that they will follow up with the local office to see that this doesn’t happen again. I feel that he went above and beyond to help me out and represented the company well.

Our experience in Leesburg Fl. with Scott was fantastic. He was patient as it took a few weeks for us to get together. He was very friendly, knew a lot about cars, did all the paperwork and cut us a check. He didn't seemed annoyed at all that we got there late and he worked until way after 5. Would definitely recommend him.
