Item has been lost between CEX and DPD

Item has been lost between CEX and DPD, dpd have not received it still. It is taking 3 days for enquiries and I have now lost my patience as this is unacceptable. I have requested a refund or replacement. Very unhappy customer.

Poor experience from customer services

Poor experience from customer services, never heard any feedback from the customer services team about why the staff member mislead me so spectacularly and what they were doing to put that right.

All smoke and mirrors.

Yet another excellent purchase from CEX. This time it was for an R72 IR camera filter.
At a very good price it was delivered within its original plastic box.
A very good buy - and with a five-year warranty, too !
