My husband ordered a pair of shoes on November 24th and never received them He emailed them and they told him he should receive them by December 13th after two hours he could an emailed that it was delivered at 7:36 pm by FED EX and he even received a picture of some green door of what looks like and apartment building not our private house. The whole block is all private house .

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
I purchased a blazer that was never delivered. I was offered a refund or replacement. In good faith, I went with the replacement, which also never arrived. The company sent confirmation that the order was delivered to the wrong address. They then confirmed that they would cancel the order and refund my credit card. I have an email confirmation saying that they have processed the refund, but i am yet to receive it. I have emailed multiple times and always receive an immediate response apologising and saying the case has been escalated within the company for immediate action and that they would keep me updated on the progress. No action has been taken and i have received no communication from them. I have had to submit a transaction dispute with my bank.
