I bought a cushion to replace a dining room chair I had at home. When the cushion arrived it was not the size that was stated. (too small). I asked to exchange but they said they only do returns. After returning the item instead of just taking the shipping and restocking fee from the total cost I paid they decided to subtract from the total cost the shipping I paid for on the original item and then take more fee's from that. Customer service was no help at all. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I would not recommend anyone use them.

I used this company for the first time. Ii tried as trustpilot gave it a reasonable rating. I bought an expensive commercial trashcan that would work in the space I needed. It cost over a hundred dollars in shipping because it was going across the border into Canada. I waited for the item and then received a "Shipping issue" email. I immediately clicked on it and found out fedex was having an issue, wanted payment for across the border, I went to pay and found out that the item was already being returned. I reached out to websteraunt customer service and they informed me that because it is already being returned that I will have to pay the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. I asked why I needed to do this when I never even had the chance to receive the item and they stated that it was considered a standard return and that's standard practice. They also told me that international return shipping along with the 20% restocking fee would probably cost the entire amount of the item. So I guess that they want me to pay for an item that I never received. Feels scammy.

The selection is great, Webstaurant is basically the food service version of Amazon at this point. However, the customer service is top notch, possibly even exceeding Amazon's. When something isn't right, arrives damaged, or is somehow not as advertised- Webstaurant does not hesitate to refund you, or otherwise make it right. As a long time customer, I can't state enough how important that trust is to me.

The deal breaker for me on purchasing more often is the exorbitant shipping prices. Seriously for $70 just give me airline tickets. They give me reason to consider other vendors or pay more in store locally, because it adds no value.

Webstaurant is a great place to get big quantities of stuff. However the pkgs I’ve ordered have gotten lost, arrived totally open and everything missing. Maybe they need to package things better or ship with better quality boxes…. I also wish that if you’re spending $200+ on something that they’d offer free shipping.

The prices are excellent. Getting set up in the portal is clunky and glitchy. There's a pop-up that will not go away no matter how many times you try to exit out. It blocks you from bringing up the keyboard so you can populate your shipping details, etc..
If not for the screwy portal (is it not properly configured for Android?), I would give this five stars so far.
