Excellent service, and my squirrels LOVE the peanuts (I have a lot of "mamas" to feed this year!). My only complaint is that some of the recent shipments have a LARGE percentage of empty hulls. What's up with that?

I ordered one box of beef tallow and the delivery being a PLUS member is 42 dollars (cheapest ) just for adding one more box of tallow the delivery jumped up to 84 dollars and when I called no one could say why or help me lower that ;it’s a RIPOFF! This will most likely be the last time we do business!

When you open the box, there will be a box inside that box that is completely dirty smashed half a time the glasses is broken half of the pieces are not picked right or there wrong parts that don’t go with it or just not there altogether

Terrible service. Placed an order on March 25 because it was in stock. Since then no news on the order, no shipping, have called multiple times and still no furniture. After 2 weeks, ended up cancelling the order and going to another vendor that is reliable and responsive.

We ordered replacement legs for an old tabletop that we loved. When they arrived, 3 of the 4 legs were badly broken. I called and spoke with Zach and he was very receptive and sympathetic - he asked me to email pictures of everything that was in the box. He immediately sent another box of everything, and when it arrived only one of the 4 legs was broken, so I ended up with 4 good legs and all the parts. My table is fully refurbished!
The customer service I received from Webstaurant was courteous, prompt and without reproach! I cannot say as much for FedEx, unfortunately.
