Terrible experience with this company

I did not have a good experience with Website Jeez. I paid them $998 for a new website. I was told there wouldn't be any downtime in the transition from my old site to my new, but then it wasn't operational for two weeks. After that, there were so many mistakes on the website that I couldn't get corrected. Prices were wrong, the images were elongated. I kept trying to get them to fix the errors, but I was ignored. I even asked if I could have access to fix the errors myself, but customer service was unresponsive. I can't get anyone in the company to fix the issues and give me the working site I paid for.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. They charged me $918 for a one page website that took almost 2 months and still isn’t ready. Then they tell you that you need to pay more money so they can put in the text (additional $400) and try to sell you a package plan of $5500-7500) for some 3-5 year plan to leave it online. This is crazy. They rip people off left and right and don’t even apologize! They advertise on their website that you get your money back if not satisfied and that’s an absolute LIE!!! People beware they promise you the moon and stars and once they take your money it’s gone and you won’t get a refund! It’ll take months to complete a 1 page website! They will call you all day as if you don’t have work to do. If I could give it 0 stars I would!

Unsolicited text spammers

Unsolicited text spammers, texting unwanted junk to my cell phone. If you buy services from spammers (especially text spammers) then you are part of the overall spam problem. Be part of the solution, don't do business with spammers and text spammers.
