Hired them for my e-commerce website and it turned out to be an amazing and easy process with Website Cruise. Would defiantly recommend them.

The Website Cruise team did an excellent job. They created a fantastic website for my law firm. The layout and general appearance of the website were maintained basic and sleek, which fits nicely with the corporate image and is quite what I wanted.
It is strongly recommended!

Very disappointed with the work and how long it took, all I was looking for was a upgrade to website which I had which was a little outdated.
All they had to do was copy it and make it updated to 2022 standard. They seemed not to be interested in what my site was about.
All the project manager was interested in was asking how long did I want the rights to the intellectual property for the pages I had paid for.
When I was asked for my feedback on the work they had done, I gave my honest opinion and the reply I got was it's not the finished project and this is the design that you approved at the start.
I am so disappointed with the whole experience I am walking away from the deal and not even interested in the website they have built. I would not recommend them at all.
If you are looking for a website builder do your home work or this could be you.

The team was great to work with and addressed all questions and concerns. Once we started the project, I wasn't 100% clear on what I wanted and after the first conversation they asked for clarification and we all got on the same page and we can not wait to share the video created for us with our community and fans! Would go back to them with another video need!

Aaron Carter and Rachel Harris helped me out with the process so kindly. The project they made was excellent and I was delighted with the results.

I found the initial design of my logo very frustrating as when I made the original purchase, I provided a draft of how I would like it to look. When the initial drafts came back, they had absolutely no resemblance to the logo I provided. It was as if my proposed design was never looked at. After MANY frustrating emails to and from the designer, my logo was eventually completed, which looked pretty much identical to the one I drafted in the first instance. Would I use this company again? probably not!

Rachel Harris was an amazing help. She understand my requirements well and was able to help be select Website Cruise in 15 minutes of chat session.

I was quite amazed by the quality and customer service, they did it the way exactly i wanted their whole team was responsive through out the process, their work ethics and prices are hard to get in market, i would say the best one.

Do not use these guys. They don’t offer services as advertised. They don’t offer refunds all prices are in American dollars. Money will go to an account in America however they will ring you from a Melbourne number.

They send me images of websites they didn’t create to get me to purchase there products.

Asked for a refund within 24 hours and wouldn’t offer it to me.

Don’t waste your time or money from these scammers.
