Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. We have been in business over 20 years and selecting webshop manager to create and host our site has been the worst decision and experience we have made by far. Below are some of the issues we have experienced in a short period of time.
Quoted 6-8 months took almost 2 years
Data is awful – I paid them to import all or our vehicle data. This was done so poorly we are having to redo all of it. They missed vehicle fitment, used fitment for vehicles that do not exist, added vehicles for which the parts do not fit and on and on. I cannot stress enough how bad the fitment data they provided was.
I was told by WSM we were set to go live but in fact paypal was not set up and our blog data not transferred – because they did not transfer our blog data we lost years of blog history.
Pay pal checkout not working
Wrong emails are going out when orders ship, marked BO etc.
Payment issues day 1.
Orders were coming in as complete when in fact they did not pay
Order importing to QB not working. Not importing payment type or correct amount. 1.5 years later issue still not resolved.
WSM allowing oversize parcels to ship using USPS 1st class – one order alone cost us over $300.

12-8-23 – not charging sales tax
Poor site performance / glitchy since day 1
1-18-24 site down, slow etc.
2-1-24 - hundreds of spam emails coming thru
4-2-24 - site spotty and or completely down
5-2-24 - issue with product display
5-9-24 - site year / make / model search not working
5-15-24 - issue when adding YMM data
5-16-24 - 404 errors on products. images disapearing
5-17-24 - site completely down again
5-20-24 - more 404 errors when adding new products
5-29-24 - search not working, general use pages not working
5-31-24 - issues with customers creating accounts
7-3-24 - paid orders coming through as "pending"
7-8-24 - tons of issues at checkout, customers calling etc.
7-15-24 orders come through as pending when paid
7-15-24 issues at checkout, customers calling upset
7-25-24 more checkout issues, customers calling / emailing
8-23-24 more checkout issues, customers calling / emailing
8-26-24 more checkout issues, customers calling / emailing
8-28-24 still having checkout issues
9-4-24 - still having issues at checkout, dozens of calls, emails etc.
9-9-24 - more orders stuck "pending" when paid
9-23-24 - paypal and checkout issues
10-1-24 - site lag and down on and off
10-14 - 10-15-24 - site down
10-30-24 - checkout issues, again
12-9-24 (ENTIRE WEEK) - slow site performance & pages loading incorrectly
12-9-24 - Site is not providing UPS with dimensions for shipping calculation, severely undercharging on shipping costing us $50-100 per day in lost shipping revenue. They tell me they are "working on a fix."
January 2025 - issues all month with site performance
February 2025 - issues all month with site performance
2-18-25 UPS issue follow up - the "fix" for Webshop managers failure to communicate dimensions to UPS was to disallow UPS shipping for selected items. UPS is still showing up as an option in the shipping estimate at checkout creating "bait and switch" issues for customers...tons of customer calls / complaints.
2-18-25 - Webshop Manager allowed a $700 order to come through even though no payment was received for this order. This will cost us hundreds of $$ even if we are able to get the parts back from our customer...the high cost of doing business with WSM continues.
