I am very disappointed with this IPTV & Miss Kajal response!
I am very disappointed with this IPTV service. Miss Kajal approached us and strongly encouraged us to take a 2-year subscription and also asked us to refer other people. During the payment process, she was very polite and responsive, and we paid $100 USD expecting good service.
However, the IPTV service is extremely poor. The channels, movies, and sports keep freezing every 15 seconds, making it almost impossible to watch anything properly. After taking the payment and activating the connection, they stopped responding to messages and calls. What is most disappointing is the way customers are treated. Miss Kajal ignores concerns and does not respond properly. I even tried contacting her from a new number saying I needed a new connection, and she replied immediately—after ignoring my existing number despite many calls. This clearly shows the lack of honesty and customer care.
When I told her I would make a complaint, her response was: “I don’t fix it, do whatever you want,” which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
This is one of the worst services I have experienced. I have conversations and proof of all of this. Please be careful if Miss Kajal or her team approach you for IPTV services. I strongly advise others not to waste their money on this service.
