Their system is complicated, their blog layout sucks, and they circle jerk 6 steps to get something to post is ridiculous. They ONLY have an integration to Stripe, so forget any industries that Strip... See more

customer support is non-existent
100% YES
The possibilities are endless. I have created dozens of websites and everything works like a charm, the only limit is your imagination. They should focus on creating a better experience for Editor though – but overal, amazing product.
Support takes forever to respond
Support takes forever to respond
Plenty of bugs in the system - form integrating GA or Intercom to publishing the domain
Best site maker EVER!!!
It's impossible to delete accounts
It's impossible to delete accounts or find billing pages, you have to email support. SCAM!
AWESOME A++
Most of the bad reviews here are from people who have no idea what they are doing. I would suggest they learn a little bit about websites first.
As for my case, Webflow has been amazing. In just a few days I created a template for my food delivery service. Even better is that I created one that my platform provider was going to charge me 1K for. I did it for just the cost of Webflow membership.
Webflow is AWESOME
Don't use Webflow if you might need help with their interface from customer service. Framer is a better platform.
If you're someone use is used to using your host or a theme developer to help you with WordPress - know Webflow WILL NOT BE THERE FOR YOU. I'm on my 3rd client site for webflow and I'm done! I like the super customizations, but Webflow relies on their forum for people to help you for free. There is a better CMS called FRAMER that I am switching all my sites too. Webflow never responds to any of my questions and once in blue moon when they do, it will be 5 days later. Terrible terrible worst web hosting service I've ever use and I've been designing sites for 15 years!

I would recommend vetting their freelancers with a fine tooth comb. Got burnt by a so called expert, his work was terrible. Webflow just sit back and say "oh well, sorry we can't help you". Be careful using the freelancers...
You don't own the products you buy from them
If you buy a design here, you're not able to download the design for offline editing unless you also buy extra services from these guys. Total scam!
Great platform with all the…
Great platform with all the functionalities a website may need. Their E-Commerce feature is still pretty new and doesn't fulfill all the needs. Other than that, support could be a little bit better.
Overall, it's fine.
Webflow support is bad, low quality, and impersonal.
Webflow support is bad, low quality, and impersonal.
After you get through the multiple hurdles of opening a support ticket, you'll receive a response in about two days.
The responses usually don't address your questions.
The responses don't include the email thread to review the history of the support ticket.
All the responses start with "hi there," which is impersonal to customers.
Terrible customer service.
Terrible developer experience
Terrible developer experience. They get you hooked with the beautiful templates which are expensive and non-refundable.
The features for the base plan are not enough. Templates are non-refundable so be careful.
I hated it to be honest.
I was always quite happy with Webflow…
I was always quite happy with Webflow to be honest. Using it for over 1,5 years now. Now they started to raise their pricing which makes it not so interesting anymore. It would be fine if they actually answered my simple question I asked support (3 weeks ago already) because I can't seem to remove a background on mobile which now I have to re-make my whole website. And I have no words for how terribly SLOW Webflow is lately. Really, you are going to want to punch your screen so slow. I'm looking for alternatives now and if you did not start yet, I would advice to think twice.
Wonderful customer service!
Customer service is incredible. I accidentally renewed for a year on my uni email address (which I no longer had access to), I told them about my predicament and they refunded me the next day with a very understanding email, even though it was 100% my fault. Their services are wonderful and my husband has used them to grow his business in the best way, I just didn't need CMS hosting anymore.
Good platform, but poor support
I chosen Webflow for creation of a landing page with potential to further extend its footprint in the company and have a full scale website on it.
I liked the platform and learning materials, especially videos.
But they need to do something with Support - it's terrible. They do not have chat or email - only web form on the site. After submitting the form I have just an auto reply, nothing else.
I tried to contact them in social media - Twitter or Facebook, in a day someone requested me to check spam folder... that's all.
I would probably consider another vendor...
Webflow is really dangerous for your business
Webflow is really dangerous for your business. A client has a paid issie with his credit card and Webflow CANCELLED HIS ACCOUNT. Now there is not any possibilty of log in, anything. My client loses his entire web, i lose mi webflow account with other active projects. We dont have a warning, anything. His support (Rita en imthis case) is not interested in help us, only send us generic responses and there ir not a minimum of interest in solve my problem. Definetly, leaving Webflow forever and not recommend it. A website is not another asset, its really important for business and you are not a serious partner.
Webflow is a disaster
Webflow is a disaster. Totally unintuitive. If you have even the slightest knowledge of HTML, Webflow will make you suffer. Clumsy and primitive.
Yup Webflow is dogwater when it comes…
Yup Webflow is dogwater when it comes to needing to have customized functionality. Automating things that actually save real time and not just the very basic stuff like account creation. It's like everything I'm trying to do I just run into another thing Webflow is incapable of without using a third party and gaining more knowledge on how to use them together. It's a pain and an inconvenience.
