I have booked twice with this service after the initial appointment and both times paid for appointment waited at the time and it was cancelled 5 minutes before it was scheduled. No explanation no reason and no option other than to book again. Beware if you are hoping to obtain a repeat prescription. Seems a scam

Have used web doctor many times when i’ve been very sick and couldn’t get a GP appointment! Very easy to use and reliable. Couldn’t recommend more.

I got a medical certificate it was very easy to submit the request, the doctor as mentioned called me within 2 hrs. - I think 30mins and then I was emailed the certificate. No need to wait and get even sicker in the local GP surgery for hours.

I have used WebDoctor for medical certificates numerous times over approximately the last couple of years.
I chose them because they had positive reviews and were a little cheaper than the rest. They have been excellent, very quick, very professional, each and every time.
On my most recent usage there was a glitch which led to me making a second application and payment (my fault I should have contacted them first). The WebDoctor Team spotted two applications and payments and refunded me before I even contacted them. That is honesty folks!
I don’t know why all the negative reviews - perhaps competitors trying to steer traffic their way - but I do highly recommend Web Doctor as prompt, honest, professional and reliable.

Fast and much more convenient than going to the GP's Office (and getting sicker while waiting there)

Made appt for March in February. On day of appointment was woken at 3am with alert they cancelled appointment for that day. That morning emailed asking when Doctor would be available next and I was told they would contact me in next few weeks. Three weeks later emailed them had no response, another week after that I emailed them and still no response. Offers great service was hoping it would be a good experience. Possibly one doctor available which would be challenging but then perhaps change services offered? Hopefully resolves in future as shame no service available was hoping to use. Have tried UpDoc which was fantastic highly recommend.

Prompt, responsive, and straightforward process to get a medical certificate without needing to actually see a Doctor. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough and will use them again.
