Dreadful company to deal with

I bought a set of Apple Pro AirPods from WebDigital/Refurbed 28th March 2025, within 7 months, the left pod stopped working so I sent them back and WebDigital (the provider) sent me a new set. This new set lasted less than two months, the microphone wasn’t working properly (people could hardly hear me when I was taking a call). I contacted Refurbed and was told by WebDigital that my one year warranty was up, therefore I could not return the second faulty set of AirPods. This is a dreadful company to deal with, refurbed are just an agent selling other companies products which is some cases are rubbish and don’t last. Avoid
