This company stole my money they operate under different names all over the country for web services the prices are too good to be true ... they are scammers... Do not trust them they will steal your money.. I can't wait until the Federal Government shuts these clowns down once and for all.

Web Design Sigma is great! They worked with me and my budget and created, delivered and posted beautiful advertising for my social media platforms. I would highly recommend them as your social media managers.

I strongly advise anyone considering Web Design Sigma to proceed with extreme caution. My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating, leading me to believe that many of the positive reviews posted here are fabricated.

From the outset, their promises of high-quality service were not delivered. The website they created for me was far below the standard I expected, filled with generic and low-quality content that did not reflect my business. When I questioned the authenticity of their reviews and inquired about using real testimonials from my clients, they dismissed my concerns and offered to post their own "reviews" instead—further confirming my suspicion that many of their 5-star ratings are fake.

In addition, they added services like trademarking and SEO that I did not request or authorize, and when I tried to address these issues, they refused to issue a refund, despite the fact that the website was incomplete and not as promised.

This company has also been associated with other shady practices, including changing their name and creating new profiles to avoid accountability. If you value transparency, quality, and integrity in a business relationship, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

The project manger Frank Brown and his staff were super helpful as I’m not very savvy when it comes to web design and how the process works. I had difficulty getting my site information to the company. Frank recommended an alternative for information exchange and guided me through the process. I highly recommend Sigma Web Design for any of you web site needs.

Its been a very long time to get our web page up and running about 6 months and we still are noot up and completely going 100% but the site is ok they got us a domain name. I guess we were confused to exactly what we were getting. we thought that they did everything but they don't unless you pay more. I am guessing it was probly both of our faults due to never knowing what we need or what exactly we wanted lack of knowledge-based on product. This is our first time doing this web page and owning a business. I am so excited to be able to do our web page from now on can't wait.
