I got my website and portal both live due to this agency, they were worth the money that I paid them even through I notice some flaws but, they worth it!

They built us a solid ecom site, the design was excellent, and payment integrations worked flawlessly, overall it was a great experience and we're happy with the results.

the web design service was overall acceptable. despite the 2 days domain purchasing delay, the finished product was satisfactory. the company and its team is user friendly & professional while there are a few areas that can be improved if focused properly.

I hired this company to build my website and they immediately tried to force me into buying hosting through them. They lied about a “special” business connection with GoDaddy and pressured me to pay right away — no time to research, no transparency.

I called GoDaddy myself. Their plan was about $400 cheaper than what these people wanted me to pay. That should have been the first red flag. The real danger here: if you hand over hosting to a small third party, they can disappear overnight — taking your website, files, and hours of work with them. Imagine waking up and finding your business erased because someone else controls your hosting.

Do not be fooled by smooth talk and “exclusive deals.” This is a common upsell designed to make the agency money every month while you risk losing everything. If you care about your website, your brand, or your income:

This company was one of several that responded to a Bark.com referral query for a website designer. The initial communication from Web Design Clique was good and they initially appeared to be a legitimate US based web design company. Our initial contact with them was in mid-November, 2024. As of our last communication with them on April 2, 2025, our web-site was still incomplete. There were multiple communications with them and multiple weeks-long delays on their part throughout this unnecessarily protracted process. We suspected that we had likely been conned and reached out to the "Sr. Business Consultant" who had sold us on their services, but were ghosted by him in more than one contact attempt. We were also ghosted when we reached out to their currently still active Facebook page and their website chat feature. I was able to dispute two of their three charges, but missed a $475 unaurhorized charge from January, 2025 and can now no longer dispute it since it's outside of the required time-frame for disputes with our credit card company. When we recently attempted on-line contact, the website link provided for that particular associated vendor in our credit card statement comes back with a message that their vendor website doesn't exist. Their web page currently shows a message banner that their phone numbers aren't "reachable and to reach out via e-mail".... Hindsite is forever 20/20. After notifying Web Design Clique that we wanted our money refunded, they attempted to gaslight us by intimating that we didn't understand aspects of website design and development. For reference, the company we worked with for actual website development after we parted ways with Web Design Clique was able to get our website fully developed within two weeks. This "business" is unscrupulous and unlikely a legitimate entity despite many TrustPilot reviews indicating otherwise.
