A great site for researchers and participants.
Platypus Research is a leading global insight and innovation business for the child, youth and family market. We are fortunate to work with a diverse portfolio of clients on a variety of interesting research projects. When assessing different methodologies and approaches, ‘keeping it real’ is a major factor for us in ensuring we represent the lives of ‘real’ people. As such, we have found that the Web Community Creator platform is an essential part of our research approach. It allows us to interact with research participants in a natural way which helps us to collect richer and more detailed insights, via written answers, images and videos. Whilst there are other providers of ‘community’ approaches, we are constantly impressed by the results achieved when using Web Community Creator and this is mirrored by the participant feedback. Repeated unsolicited contact
Julian Cole, Director at Web Creator Suite, repeatedly emailed me trying to sell me products despite my a) never signing up to a mailing list b) never expressing any intent in his products c) never replying to any of his emails/providing him with any reason to think I wanted more emails from him.
1 or 2 emails is fine, I get that you're trying to sell. But this is just ridiculous.

Thanks for your feedback Tom. We certainly never intend to annoy or frustrate people when we contact them, and we only contact people who we feel may benefit from our products. As can be seen from the uniformly positive reviews on this site from people who know us and have used our platform, we work tirelessly to provide an extremely high level of service and support, and we are very disheartened when we hear anyone - even those we have had no dealings with - has been irritated by us unnecessarily.
On the rare occasions we use Email to reach out to possible new clients, we make it clear in our Emails a quick reply of "Not Interested" is all that is needed and we will never contact them again. We do this precisely because we do not want to offend, enrage or annoy people unnecessarily. We search only for people and companies who want to enter into a mutually beneficial business relationship with us, just as our existing clients have done.
