When I first looked into Lemax and collected a few pieces last year..I wanted to really feel the magic of creating a stunning Village and so I started to browse all information on the internet ..saw a few sites..and then I came across Webbs..What a delightful gem this place is ..so spoilt for choice...love love love it...just simply Beautiful...Thankyou
Unfortunately I had an issue with delivery through no fault of webbs, but thankfully Andy from customer service team was brilliant, they were friendly and responsive, and I now have my item, I will definitely order from them again knowing if there is a problem it will be delivered with straight away

Unfortunately, I had an issue with an item I ordered but luckily the Webbs Customer Services team were absolutely brilliant in resolving it. The person I spoke to immediately took ownership of the issue and gave me a couple of options for resolution. They were friendly and responsive and they are sending me a replacement straight away. I will definitely order from them again knowing I will be in safe hands.
Ordered a garden arch from Webbs which was unfortunately damaged when delivered contacted Andy at Webbs and a replacement was sent out within a few days. Nice to see a company that deals with customers so well.
Went to Cheltenham branch today for lunch. My husband had fish and chips for a treat, which he said were nice. I had a Turkey sandwich which was a rip off cheap white bread, no other choice, no butter on the bread, and the Turkey covered about half a slice of bread. Cost over £10. Has I wanted half a sandwich I would have said and expected half the cost. Didn’t want to spoil my husbands treat but will not be going there again, a real rip off

Had an issue with a heated hoodie & could not get it to work after reading instructions . Contacted webbs customer service by email & didn’t honestly expect a reply may be for a few days as was sent on a Saturday morning but amazingly received a call & email within the hour . Unfortunately still not manage to get the item to work, was offered an exchange/collection the next Monday But had a follow up email on the Sunday morning to try a different switch on sequence & resolved the issue so no exchange required & item working perfectly 😊

I purchased a Lemax Christmas Carousel, which was well packed and quickly delivered. Unfortunately it turned out to be faulty on arrival. I contacted customer service by email. Andy responded immediately and arranged to courier out a replacement by next day delivery. The courier also picked up the faulty one too. The replacement works perfectly and I'm very happy with it. The price was excellent too. Overall, an excellent experience from Webbs Direct and I would definitely use them again.
I recently placed my first order on Webbs Direct and the experience was great. I ordered with Webbs because they had the lowest price online for one particular item I needed. Their online range is so good I added some extra items to the order. I had a phone call within a few hours to explain one item was out of stock, but they had an alternative if I was happy with it (I was), and the delivery arrived the next day - super speedy!
Unfortunately one item was broken. I contacted Webbs via email and had a response within a few hours, advising they would send a replacement within a couple of days.
Everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful and professional. Things do go wrong - the world isn't perfect - but the service I had from Webbs was fantastic and they resolved my issue really quickly.
The initial items were delivered very quickly, unfortunately a manufacturing problem was discovered.
A phone call and follow up e-mail to Webbs Garden Centre were dealt with quickly and efficiently, resulting in the item being replaced within 48hrs.
I couldn't fault their service and will certainly use this company again.
I had a mixup where the item I ordered was not the one that arrived, not that big of a deal, these things happen. However still wanted the original item (Lemax Christmas ornament as a gift) so I messaged the support and within 24 hours someone called Andy got back to be and processed a replacement. I can't fault the service and it took very little on my part to get it rectified.
This is one of the good ones.
I enjoyed my drink in the cafe. What I didn't enjoy was being lectured by the person serving us, So the fact I mentioned that we didn't used to have to pay for cream and marshmallow with our hot chocolate led her to lecturing us on how the drinks were cheap and we wouldn't get that anywhere else. I wouldn't get the lecture anywhere else either!

Raised vegetable beds. I had a post online sale/delivery query (delivered within 3 working days) regarding the order, I emailed the team at the weekend not expecting a response until the following week, but had a response back within an hour. Andy committed to answering my query as soon as he could, explained clearly what action he would take and I had a call 9am today which resolved the matter fully! Thanks Andy, its not often that we expect such great customer service these days but so very refreshing when its received. Highly recommend.
After deciding to create a Christmas village I found the closest place to get the Lemax figurines was Webbs of Wychbold/Droitwich. I made the trip and it was so worth it (I live a good 40mins away). I was wowed by the expanse of the centre, so many sections from plants to food, clothes to pets.
I focused on the Christmas section and was immediately mesmerised by the attention to detail. Upon wandering around the Lemax section my mom couldn't find what she was looking for and I must have looked like I needed help because I was approached by a wonderful older gentleman asking me if I was OK. He didn't only find the towers we wanted but he went on to say what sells fast and asked about our ideas. He advised on the the 3 way adaptors, took me to find them and explained how not to overload sockets. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! What a joy!
I left feeling a lot lighter in the purse section but overjoyed at my purchases and the super customer service I received.
I then found one of the items came without a bulb or adaptor. I emailed their customer service department, expecting to hear back on the Monday but was responded to within half an hour, on a Saturday. They advised me it was hidden under a flap, silly me.
Honestly couldn't recommend this company more. Helpful from the shop floor to the offices and just a really super shopping experience. SHOP RETAIL! I could've brought these thing online, but am so happy I didn't as I got some great tips on a 1-2-1 basis.
Get to Webbs!
I ordered a raised bed from Webbs online 10 days ago.
I am still awaiting delivery.
I have contacted the company and have been given a number of explanations. New Couriers, van breakdowns, was promised delivery every day for the last 3 days to no avail.
Remained at home for 2 of these days, informed Webbs I was also happy for delivery to be left on front drive if not at home, this was agreed.
Called today for update and was promised a call back from warehouse for delivery status update , no callback received.
Still awaiting delivery 11 days after initial order, product purchased online in good faith with hefty delivery charge paid.
Would not recommend using Webbs online services until delivery issues are addressed.

Always have what I'm looking for and love the variety of ranges from home to garden.
Webbs wychbold is a great place to spend a few hours and the staff are always helpful.
I bought some garden furniture online at a greatly reduced price at the end of season. I was pre-warned that it would not be arriving in original packaging.
The couriers themselves were communicative, arrived on time and left the furniture exactly where we wanted it.
On unwrapping we found that the one of the small rubber washers on the bottom of a chair leg was missing.
Webbs got the manufacturer to send me a replacement directly with no fuss, and kept me informed by email throughout. I was very pleased with the quality of service and attention to detail, particularly given that we had received a deep discount on the item. I would definitely use Webbs again.
Cafe totally pretentious. Over £10 for a sandwich. Tea served in a fancy carafe but the colour and taste of dishwater. What a shame. Cakes uncovered and dried out.

Ordered a stone circle from Webbs but on opening the package found one piece was broken. Telephoned Webbs immediately and unlike many calls made to suppliers phone service it was answered very quickly. Took pictures and video as instructed and sent off to Webbs. Staff sympathetic and positive in solving the problem which involved contacting the manufactures of the stone circle. Every contact and follow up from me was dealt with pomptly by Webbs. We did have to wait for the replacement segment to be produced by the manufacturer. Two replacement segments arrived 26/09/2023. Despite the wait which was unavoidable Webbs delivered.
Wonderful plants in super condition and delivered quickly.
