Asked for product dimensions, was told warehouse team would get back to me which they still haven’t. Ordered bird bath anyway which arrived scratched, dented and is slanted when fully assembled. Packaging was damaged too. Emailed customer service that they will arrange a swapped item. No contact since then it is taking too long. Today I went on to the website to leave a review of the product, which has been removed from the website.
Update: 100% Refund offered

Hagley Centre. My Wife wasn't feeling too well and wanted a cold drink quickly. After a short time queuing in restaurant to purchase one, she was told she couldn't have it as it was "table service only". Seriously? Thanks for that.
Went to Cherry Lane for some customer service instead.

Ordered a table. 1-2 days stated delivery time. Nothing arrived. Emailed customer services, took four days to reply. Told me the package was damaged in transit, did I want a replacement. I replied immediately, is it in stock. Next day the damaged table arrived, ripped packaging with bits falling out. Phoned and queried this, no apology, so I cancelled and asked for package to be picked up. Delivery company did not turn up on stated day. So the ripped, damaged package is still sitting on my drive over the weekend. All they said was that they were ‘very busy’. Aren’t garden centres always busy in the spring? If you are that busy, don’t say delivery in 1-2 days.

I have bought a lot of plants from Webbs and l have always been happy with my purchases but this year my plants arrived damaged. After a delay in responding my problem has been sorted and a refund given. Thank You.

I've purchased a more than £600 garden furniture set in mid April, after chasing, they arrange a delivery company to deliver a product in early May, however, I waited for another week, no further update from delivery company, after a week chasing, the delivery company delivered me the table with two damaged chairs, while another two chairs were missing. After another week's communication with Webbs, I received the four chairs this morning, but while I unpacked them, I found they're not in the same set. Different in height and pattern. And two of the chairs are scratched. Since purchase from Webbs, it seems to be a never ending process of negotiations, chasing, waiting for their reply, and waiting for delivery. The whole purchase process took me more than a month, but still pending their reply at the moment. Now I keep 6 chairs in my small garden pending for their solution. Better avoid purchase from Webbs. So tiring.

Don't trust the delivery times on the website.
Ordered two pieces of furniture.
2-3 working days on the the page.
3-10 working days when you click "Pallet delivery".
1-2 working days in the checkout.
7-14 working days in the confirmation email - after you've paid obviously.
8 days in and I've still not heard anything, and the order is still "Ready to be processed".

We visit the Wychbold garden centre weekly. You can have a hassle free leisurely browse around the store that sells everything to do with gardening along with housewares, garden furniture, pet supplies, excellent food department which includes a cheese department, butchers, bakery and fantastic confectionery to name a few. But our trip to Webb’s is never complete without a visit to the fabulous restaurant for either coffee and cake or hot food off the extensive menu, great atmosphere and the staff are just fantastic, we could name names regarding professionalism, efficiency, but I’d be here all day writing this review, they are all wonderful people, fun but professional and really make you wanting to return for another visit.. Many thanks to you all from Andy and Ian..(big jugs of cream please) lol xx
Ordered the Altico Leona water feature after seeing it in my local garden centre, however it was sold out there, so having checked online Webbs were the most competitive with free delivery, (although most places were out of stock). Delivery was very quick. The driver was lovely and very helpful. I’ve been looking for a water feature for a couple of years and I am very pleased with it.
I went yesterday to the Cheltenham store. Extremely disappointed that I could not take my small puppy into the cafe' for a cold drink on one of the hottest days of the year. I have never come across a Garden Centre that is not dog friendly.... For me, and I am sure others, going to the Garden Centre is an 'outing' to enjoy. I was told I could order as a takeaway however would have then to leave and not sit down.... Meaning I could go into the ordering area but not sit down at a table which doesn't make sense. Why can they not have a couple of tables to one side that are for those who have dogs where they can sit down for something to eat and drink away from other customers like other Garden Centres in Gloucester do!
I just left and the reason for giving one star is that no where could I see on their website (although may be well hidden!) that Dogs are NOT allowed into the Cafe' area. Please don't reply by saying I can access the rest of the Garden Centre when part of the 'experience is to go to the cafe' too.... Even John Lewis allows you to take dogs into their stores and one of their Cafe's in Cheltenham! In this day and age with customers using online resources, I am so surprised at your discriminatory practice. Extremely disappointed

Complete rip off! Extortionate price for what arrived. Apparently when buying any plants from these people you are paying for the size of the plastic pot. The plant in it (that you actually thought you were paying for) could be what ever they feel like!
After paying £18 for a hedging plant (pictured on the website as a full grown plant) to fill out a gap in a hedge, what arrived was a tiny 30cm (about the hight of a plastic ruler you used to get in school) hedging plant in an oversized pot! I didn’t buy it for its pot!!!!!
Don’t be fooled by the vague descriptions on website. A 4.5L pot, which should, in most garden centres contain a half decent size plant is actually a misdirection. What you a buying is a plant NOT grown to the pot’s actual capacity. this is a very underhanded way of selling you something other then what you think you are paying for. You have no way of knowing what you get besides the pot size! Very unhappy at being ripped off!
UPDATE: after leaving my review I was contacted by the company and after arranging a return they sent a refund. It was a rather uncomfortable back and forth where I was asked to send photos and a further explanation. I was told that they don’t usually accept returns for plants but they did this once.
Sadly it doesn’t change anything for other people buying plants from Webbs. My advice to buyers would be to avoid buying plants from them online and my advice to Webbs would be to put a description of the expected approximate height of the plant from soil level to tip. Other online plant sellers provide this so it is possible.

I was apprehensive about buying a rose online. I had a specific rose that I wanted so decided to purchase this online. The transaction was very straight forward. The rose was delivered on time, I was advised of the delivery slot. When it arrived the rose was well packaged, fresh and very healthy looking. Thanks to all involved.

My sister who lives in Cheltenham, regularly visits the store, and when I come up from Manchester we go there. This time we went as I gave her some vouchers as a gift.
She picked 2 Items and my Sister mentioned at the till that one of the Items priced at £29.99 ! had in her opinions areas of damage.
The lady serving, politely said that although she could see areas of damage, she was unable to offer any reduction and that a Manager would come over and discuss the matter.
After a few minutes this so called Manager came to see us, and I pulled him to one side, to explain the issue,as other Customers were in earshot, his first comment in the most arrogant manner was "dont touch me" like a pompous little boy, pathetic, well we got over his little tantrum and proceeded to discuss the plant, which he didn't even bother to look at, I merely made the point that we had seen the same plant in Marks and Spencer's in perfect order, and £10 cheaper, This person then said, and I quote, "then go and buy it there if you dont like it" maybe he was right, but his attitude was disgraceful, I said well look can you consider reducing the price?, to which this pompous person said, I'm not reducing it all, and walked off.....
I can tell you that this type of behavior will not win you Customers, and if that is how Webb's carry on then they need to implement some training to staff that think they are fit to be a Manager, this person needs to get some serious training.
Webb's do not have a store where I live, but you can be sure I wouldn't be visiting there, the word overpriced in no understatement, my sister does like Webb's but was shocked how we were spoken to.
I will be lodging an official complaint,

This was our second visit in the last couple of weeks, and on both occasions, we have thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent browsing for pizza ovens and parasols. We were assisted by Ben on both visits, he was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely enthusiastic about the products, which made a huge difference to our experience.
It’s so refreshing to meet a member of staff who clearly loves his job and is eager to help customers. On one occasion, we even brought our grandson along, and Ben’s friendly and helpful attitude made the visit even more enjoyable. First-class service all round, we will certainly be back!
We were also helped by Terry on one visit who demonstrated the parasols well and offered good advise to us.
Excellent service!!
Having realised that I had made an error in my order, I contacted the company amend it. Although complex, nothing was too much trouble for the excellent Andy. My order was made good with a minimum of fuss and communication was first class throughout.
I will certainly order from Webbs again.
would give no stars if could, ordered 3 large 2 litre pots of deirama at cost of £39 so not cheap, they arrived with little top growth which is expected as march but when went to take out of pot to plant NOroot system at all, all the soil fell away leaving me virtually nothing, all 3 could have gone in 9cm pot, total rip off and all they said is should grow, terrible for the size given and the price, will never buy again and advise to avoid.!! Am aged 66 and have many years experience gardening so know my stuff and there are terrible as is customer service. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN REFUNDED!!
