Similar story to rest of reviews, ordered garden set from Mucola which was suppose to be delivered this week. Ordered the product several weeks ago and on the day of expected deliver, they cancelled and refunded the order randomly.
Claimed it was a system error. Really poor customer service and very rude responses.
I ordered from Mucola via the Mano Mano website, I had to wait 4 weeks for delivery. Mucola emailed me on the day if delivery.
'Order cancelled and refunded due to system error'
That's it, no explanation no apology.
Waiting for money now!

Got rattan furniture, well all except one box with cream Cushions instead of grey, problems no end and rude and threatening, just to swap out cushions. Got box today used stained cushions and still two missing. You have been warned, also watch mano mano who sell these on there behalf. Waiting on next resolve, bought 2mths ago.
What started of to be a pleasantly surprised start has ended in a nightmare. I ordered a corner rattan garden sofa. It wasnt due to arrive until today but came early at the beginning of june. I wasnt ready to put it up as my patio was still to be laid so last week I went to assemble and 4 bits were missing. 2 off the bits essential to actually build the item. Accidents happen I thought so I followed the correct procedure to report the missing items. However after a string of emails back and forth with pictures of the boxes and barcodes etc I still havent received any of the missing items. I've asked them to phone me twice and provided my phone number so it can be sorted quicker however they have failed to do this aswell. I spent alot of money on this and have just a box of useless parts and still nowhere near to resolving the matter and receiving the bits that are missing. Avoid this company, they are cons. Update: after a month of emails back and forth I am now being told the missing items are not in stock and I have to dismantle the bits that I have already put together and pack the boxes back up and return. No offer of a replacement or compensation.
Update:17.8.20 item has been returned but still no refund
I bought 2sun loungers and both were faulty. After at first refusing to give me a full refund and making me pay for return postage it took me 2 months of arguing to finally getting my money back. Not only was the quality of their goods terrible so was their customer services.
